I filed the claim in April that my ice maker was broken. Promptly a tech came out to diagnose. They ordered the parts to my house which were here within a week. I set the appointment to have it repaired and the day before it was canceled due to missing parts. I tried to contact sears to let them know the parts were here. There is no way to contact. The only option is to reschedule, so three appointments canceled later I had words with the BOT. Finally I get on the schedule to fix and they cancel due to unforeseen circumstances the day I took off work. Still can't talk or email anyone. Three days off work due to last minute cancellations and I get a call from my home warranty trying to sell me another year. No stinkin way!
