Really super nice gentlemen providing great customer service!!!!!! He explain what has to be done and the part that needed to fix the air conditioning!!!!!! Unfortunately my air conditioning system needed part, so it had to be ordered! Again, he was a great gentlemen to deal with! . Sear is lucky to have a gentlemen of this caliber on your staff!!!!!!! All repair guys should be like him!!!!!!
