Refrigerator light won't go off
My refrigerator has not been fixed. The red light is still on and repairman did not know how to turn it off. I need someone come out and look into this.

Terrible i will never do any kind of business with sears.This company have been fixing my refrigerator since August 6th its now November 25th still not fix

Excellent work/
While my experience with serviceman was excellent, the Office did not provide timely information on the ordered part and the serviceman did not return to install said part until2 working days after the part had been received. Office record showed not shipped when in fact it was delivered to my home

Waisted money
Allegedly the technician could not order the parts for the dryer since it is too old. In that case why couldn't they tell us that before waisting a visit that cost us more than $200. Would never use this place again.

Furnace Problem
My experience with Mr. Hung was HORRIBLE! He came in my home and did absolutely nothing. Would not let me explain what was wrong. He turned on the furnace and said you have heat. If someone has to return he can not come back into my home. I have told First American Home Warranty that.

Fraud committed by technician
Jacob D never showed up for the service appointment and wrote a phony service ticket stating that the washer was ok when he never showed up. This technician committed fraud !!! Lied about performing a job that he never did. Absolutely disgusting !! When I called sears customer support they had told me that someone would call me back in one hour and nobody ever called. Sears warranty is the worst. I have had 5 technicians come out to try and fix the machine and nobody has been able to fix it. Now I have technicians making fake service tickets saying they fixed it when they never showed up. These people should be arrested for fraud !!!

3 tech visits and on the phone and it's still not fixed!
refrigerator still not working after third service call. The last technician said the compressor was bad (which was ordered by the previous technician) but he couldn't fix it because a dryer and evaporator also needed to be ordered. The parts arrived and this technician said it was only the evaporator that needed to be replaced since it was leaking. HOWEVER, my refrigerator is STILL not cold and it's staying at a HIGHER temperature than before the evaporator replacement! I AM BEGINNING TO WONDER IF ANY OF THE TECHS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I'VE HAD 3 TO THE HOUSE AND ONE CALLED AND EACH TIME NEW PARTS ARE ORDERED,. The last tech took just about all the parts back and I suspect some of them are needed to fix my refrigerator.

No service
We had a service tech come to our home ill prepared to fix our malfunctioning wall mounted oven. He promised to come next day with belp to remove the appliance from the wall. A no show and then they closed the sevice call withoutsolving the problem. Thanksgiving is next week and weare still without a functioning oven. Sears needs to make this right.
