Attempted a job, but we were left with no air conditioning. He was able to take devices apart but not put them back properly so that the system would operate most efficiently.

Absolutely horrible - He's a thief

I purchased 2 parts for the repair. The repair was completed and Mickey took the part that was not needed and he was going to return it. The part cost over $280.00 and it was never returned and my money was not refunded. It's been 7 weeks! I've got nothing but the run around every time I call Sears! So basically Mickey stole the part and my money!!! Range Oven Control Board and Clock (replaces 316557212)

Refrigerator ice maker leaking

My husband was home. I also had a sign on the door to call my mom next door. He did not call her. I have called many times to have my cell phone be the number to call. My house number is not working.

Poor Review of Today's Service

The technician left before testing the the repair solution (a door connection). He said it was repaired and left and closed the service call. He had no right to do so because indeed the instrument he installed did nothing to help with the lack of drainage on the delicate cycle and the lack of drainage on the regular cycle for heavy items. We are left with another blanket that is dripping wet and must be squeezed many times before putting into our dryer. And we are left with a washing machine that still needs repair. The prior repairman thought it was the belt slipping but was told via phone call that the lack of drainage had something to do with the door. Clearly that solution didn't work. The technician today certainly should have stayed to see if the machine was working properly before leaving and closing the service call.

The front office needs to have their heads examined. They set up a schedule for someone to come and no one showed up. No call. Very inconsiderate. The front office is extremely incompetent and knows not what the other hand is doing. We will never use your service again.

Samsung Refrigerator Repair

Not good. Edmar had a bad attitude. He bad mouthed Samsung Appliance products as being no good and he hated to work on them. Complained about having to get on knees, it dirtied his pants!! His technical maybe okay, but his and customer service skills were not so. I rate a 1 on a scale of 1-5. Don't send him to my residence again!!
