My Frigidaire refrigerator that was under warranty had issues with the freezer seal. Technician arrived promptly (despite AI phone call saying I had a Dishwasher repair in New York). He was surprised at the damage , took photos and called headquarters for advise and approval. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly and trusting. Thank you

Our experience with the technician was great. He is a nice person with good knowledge and experience. Our experience with the Sears Home Services is not that great. Our appointments had been cancelled or postponed by the Sears H S multiple times. There is no direct contacts or customer service. It took a few weeks to get a technician over here. It may be great if the SHS show a little more responsibility.
