Appointments/Customer Service
Juan, the technician, did a great job. Sadly, my appointment was changed multiple times with no advanced notice causing me to miss work multiple days. I waited and at 4:40 pm got a text message indicating that my appointment had been rescheduled at "my request". No way to actually speak with a live person at all. Worst experience in customer service ever!

Washer Repair
Mr. Morris provided excellent service. Unfortunately, even with the discounts my husband and I could not to have the repairs completed to our Samsung Washer. He did everything he knew to try to get it to work to no avail. We're gonna have to wait a while to get a new one. Great job!!
