HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF FINDING THE TROUBLE WITH THE WASHING MACHINE, ORDERED THE PARTS NECESARY TO REPAIR IT DURING HIS FIRST VISIT. HE INSTSALLED THE PARTS AND REPAIRED THE WASHER DURING HIS SECOND VISIT. SCHEDULING HIM WAS A PROBLEM. WHAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THREE DAYS ENDED UP[ TAKING OVER 10 DAYS.
