Dishwasher
They never showed up for designated day and time. I received a text that the technician was on the way 30 minutes before the scheduled time was over and they never arrived. People can't pause their lives everyday. I would have enjoyed a little more information and heads up as to why they never showed or couldn't make it.

Terrible!! Don't come to the appointment or call with nonsen

Refrigerator repair.
Your service is the worst I've ever encountered. You have arranged 4 appointments to repair my refrigerator, and no one has ever showed up. This has been going on for months. I am continuing to pay for a broken refrigerator, and pay the warranty. I've been lied to continuously by your people. I will now pursue legal action.

Do not recommend
This is about seven time technican came out and refrigator is not working. I also paying this monthly service charge to fix it and it is almost a year since the refrigerator is not fixed

Oven repair
Mark is a rude unprofessional person who is not welcome in my house, he stated to my husband that Sears has their own rules and does not follow code for gas lines, he slammed the door as he left.

LG Refrigerator
They canceled my appointment two time. Finally show up late in the afternoon to tell me that can not fixed the problem. At lease they could vacuum the dust on the coil. I still don't had the ice maker. WY I pay for something and don't get services. I'm completely disappointed. No help at all for a 70years old man.
