No work done because technician did not see any error codes. But accepts to the fact that the fridge side is not cooling as it supposedly. Asked whether it could be a faulty temp sensor or a under performing fan blower issue ; couldn't figure it out.

Water dispenser still doesn't work nor does icemaker.
I don't know what was repaired. But the issue has always been that my refrigerator's water dispenser doesn't work, and the ice maker doesn't work. This all became a problem after I changed the filter, in August 2024. I do not know what information has been given to Jikoree but he didn't check to see if the water dispenser worked or if the icemaker was working. I hate to give him a bad rating, because maybe he didn't know what needed to be fixed. Assurant, if you cannot repair this refrigerator, REPLACE IT. If that can't be done in a timely manner, I'll have no choice except to take legal action.

Incompetency to repair/ change the DISHWASHER's parts by SEA
Chagrined I am writing to you about the services. The worst experience by Sears technician, the gentleman Omar came and after pulling the dishwasher out, told that there is a copper tubing for water and exclaimed that what is it for? I told him that this to the refrigerator and has been installed more than twenty plus years by Sears. He told us that it could be in the way of the Dishwasher. I told him that 2021-2022 when Sears replaced the dishwasher and the technician installed this new dishwasher, there was not any problems because the copper tubing is behind the dishwasher and is next to the kitchen wall behind. But during all this time he was getting instructions on phone from someone and refused to replace/ repair the dishwasher. Even he left the dishwasher not properly placed in it's original position. Now we are in limbo as per the technician, we should get some plumber and get the copper pipe/ tubing replaced. This and all our other APPLIANCES are installed by Sears. Now SEARS should send someone, who can amicably replace the necessary " parts", so that we can use our Dishwasher again. Poor job
Brad was sent to my home to inspect my Samsung washing machine that is no longer functioning and displaying code 4E and code LE. He was able to replicate the problem, visually seeing the error code 4E during a test cycle, however, he was not able to provide a diagnosis and is not certain what is causing the problem. His report to my insurance company indicated there was nothing wrong with the machine. There is absolutely something wrong with the machine. There is a difference between not being able to figure out the cause and nothing being wrong. He did not indicate to my insurance company there was an issue, further delaying the process and longer time without a functioning washing machine.

Maintenance QC Is Irrelevant
The only reason they get one star is because I cannot give them zero stars. These technicians are the worse. He didn't install my dishwasher correctly or see if it was working properly. He JUST put the part on and said it works.

Not great and expensive!
$299.95 for service only!!! Plus parts! Did not even clean the machine and when I ask if he could tight the hose in the back he said "I'll see what I can do", and did not do it…

Washer Repair
Never called in the morning as we were told he would. Texted the tech is on way at 1:05. Arrived at 2:40. Stopped over half hour to rest. Finished at 4:30. We don't know if washer will work until tomorrow. Amazingly bad service.

Fridge is still broken
I'm not sure it's the technicians fault, he just installed the parts, but my fridge is still not fixed!! Not cooling, not making ice!!
