New noise and didn't reconnect vent
After our service appt today, the dryer has a new noise. Also, after the first load, water was dripping down the walls of the laundry room because Matthew neglected to reconnect the vent hose.

5th attempt to repair a leak
Too bad this site won't allow a negative 5 stars. After 5 service calls the leak is still there. Do NOT use Sears or GE for anything type of service call.

Horrible! Tech was scheduled to complete AC job involving evaporator coil. When finish, tech advised evaporator coil is now leaking from top. Tech admitted he may have the problem, however, Sears fail to provide any further assistance in correcting the problem.

Sears has made multiple visits since September and problem is still not fixed. On this visit I was told need to run vinegar thru dishwasher. I have done this twice and. Still getting error I20. After tech left got another I20. If you can't fix it why can't it be replaced?

Mylov never showed up or communicated to customer!
After multiple attempts of getting a technician out to fix our dryer, we were waiting for the tech to arrive for our appointment when I received two emails from sears. One email included forms from a "visit", that didn't occur. This technician never showed up, while the emails stated otherwise. I cannot rate him based on his skills, but due to him wasting my time and not communicating that he wasn't going to come, and sending a fraud receipt for a visit that didn't occur. I give home 0/5 stars. Sears is now losing a customer.

diagnostic gone wrong
i had Jose come to do a diagnostic on my refrigerator's water and ice dispenser to determine if and how it would be cleaned and if it needed to be replaced (per Fridigaire's customer service instructions). Jose gave me instructions on cleaning the dispenser and then looked at the water filter. unfortunately in taking the filter in and out of the filter housing structure, the filter housing structure was damaged and is now leaking water. this has created a massive problem for me and needs to be rectified. the unit was not leaking water before the diagnostic service. we need this damage, inflicted on our unit by a sears representative, to be fixed as soon as possible and to be paid for by sears.

No show again-3 times running
We have been waiting 7 months now trying to get a Samsung washer fixed. Techs have been out & have replaced most all parts, but they say they are not authorized to say its not repairable. 3 no shows of me waiting all day for an 8am-12pm window to arrive. The last time I got a notice 10:26am he was on way. That night after 7:00 pm I got a call he would not be able to make it. Then two weeks later, a now show again. Now on the dryer, Christmas eve & an appreciated call around 10:26 am to say he had two stops before me, so obviously into the afternoon if he would even show, so I said forget it. We were leaving for out of town family get together. I just want to move on & need info of how to start a partial refund. I went out & bought a new washer. Plus, I'm stuck with an old washer.
