Dryer Repair
I was told the heating element in my dryer was bad. He replaced it and said everything was working fine. After he left, my wife put some clothes in the dryer. It got much hotter than normal and the clothes were very wrinkled. Now the dryer is not working at all.

Worthless, lazy, and incompetent!!!
This guy showed up and ran my washer for 1 hour and stated he could not find an issue. I requested to wash a load of clothes and he refused. Stated he did not have time. What a waste, he is a poor representative for the company.

Lazy service technician
He was not friendly and he made a teen age girl pull the refrigerator out. A teenager… he's is very lazy! Please do not send him back to my house for any further services. I do not want him back at my house. Thank you.

Competent but needs some people skills
Audrey seemed to have technical competence but she was not a patient person and when she yelled at me for trying to call my husband who has a better understanding of our system, she literally brought me to tears. I would not use Sears again after that experience

The leak continues to occur and not fixed. Third visit!
The machine is still leaking water after adjusting that hose to the wall drain. The wall drain is dry. This is the third visit for the same issue. I want this escalated by sears immediately.

Repair Recall Services
No work done because technician did not see any error codes. But accepts to the fact that the fridge side is not cooling as it supposedly. Asked whether it could be a faulty temp sensor or a under performing fan blower issue ; couldn't figure it out.

Water dispenser still doesn't work nor does icemaker.
I don't know what was repaired. But the issue has always been that my refrigerator's water dispenser doesn't work, and the ice maker doesn't work. This all became a problem after I changed the filter, in August 2024. I do not know what information has been given to Jikoree but he didn't check to see if the water dispenser worked or if the icemaker was working. I hate to give him a bad rating, because maybe he didn't know what needed to be fixed. Assurant, if you cannot repair this refrigerator, REPLACE IT. If that can't be done in a timely manner, I'll have no choice except to take legal action.
