Combo washer and dryer
The same day of my service call now my combo has 2 different errors and my stuff in locked inside it half wet and can't get anyone back out for 5 days

Not fixed , impossible to get another appt
Nice technician but my fridge is still broken . And impossible to get another appt. Customer service is not helpful and repeats same script , don't recommend

dishwasher repair
Service person :Robert- ID#0879726 very professional, very efficient. Company practice and policy? can you spell overcharging or gouging or cha-ching. Service person was here for 40 minutes. That works to more than $470 per hour labor. If you were me would you call Sears ever again??? I wonder how the various mediums on the Internet are gonna respond when this goes viral.......G 5 stars? MEH

Freezer repair
I was told it is not repairable because the part isn't available. It's not even 2 1/2 years old. I ask for the diagnostic fee to be waived because it is not my fault it can't be repaired. I will never use them again

Dishwasher
Service tech was very good. However the service took 6 weeks to get it done. We were cancelled 5 times. There's no excuse for such poor service. There is no communication and absolutely had me in tears over the situation. I cannot recommend you guys at all. We only waited because we had warranty coverage. You guys failed miserably. Cooktop NOT microwave
My cooktop was scheduled for this morning, my microwave repair for Tuesday 2/11. Technician serviced microwave but submitted for the cooktop!!!
