There was none. No one showed up. I am at a loss as to who in your organization mark the order complete. In is now 3:00 PM and no one has shown up here.

I was told it is not repairable because the part isn't available. It's not even 2 1/2 years old. I ask for the diagnostic fee to be waived because it is not my fault it can't be repaired. I will never use them again

Service tech was very good. However the service took 6 weeks to get it done. We were cancelled 5 times. There's no excuse for such poor service. There is no communication and absolutely had me in tears over the situation. I cannot recommend you guys at all. We only waited because we had warranty coverage. You guys failed miserably. HORRIBLE

Came to my home and asked my mother in law to put up the dogs. She did and left one in the kennel. He began barking and he complained. She tried to put him outside and the man ran away and said he tried to bite him. I have camera footage showing otherwise.

Disappointed with A&E

After waiting 3 days for an A&e tech to come back to the house to find out why am I. Refrigerator stopped working when it was perfectly fine until they replaced an LED panel. I was told that the system just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in again. I lost over $600 worth of food product. So disappointed with this. Not to mention we went 3 days without having a refrigerator in our house.

Nick kept ordering the wrong parts even order a refrigerator part for my stove. Than closed me out to were I had to make another work order. The first guy open my stove door and said cannt fixs it I said good I get a New stove under my contract he order a part which was wrong.soon as I said that..Thank God For Al he fixed my stove from the parts the2 other order day 1 ..thank you so much Al.

I wasn't home to meet Mr. Bowman, because Mr. Bowman failed to call ahead of time and notify me of arrival time. I was forced to give a neighbor access to my home after seeing the text message 30mins late in order to get my fridge fix.
