Terrible service.
So I have been waiting three weeks for a washer. The part came in same day as the service appointment and the guy said he would come back the next day after the part arrived which he never came back after another week of calling around finally got another appointment for today which be replaced the part but didnt bother to check to see if it works which it does not so now i have to contact the company again to come back out and repair it again which will be now another week minimum to which now i have been going to the laundromat for a month using quarters which is very inconvenient why not check to see if it works before leaving the house? I guess we shall continue the poor service and request another tech to come out and re evaluate the washer.

No Show
Technician Hung H never showed up. On Monday 7/31/23 around 5 PM he called that he was on his way but he never arrived. Around 7 PM he called again saying he would return next day Tuesday afternoon. He never came. I see on my email that he submitted a false receipt to Sears indicating he had been here and "fixed some wires". It's been two months since I first reported my AC malfunction. I cannot depend on Sears Home Services any longer. I'm getting a local repairman o fix my problem even though I'm covered by Sears Master Protection Agreement.

No one ever showed up
After initially coming to service my dishwasher I was told that a part was needed and I would have to await its arrival. The repairman then scheduled the appointment for the following week. On the date of the next appointment no one came. I called and was told I needed to schedule again. I once again scheduled the appointment. This time a repairman came, however he disassembled the dishwasher and left parts strewn about my floor after he left. More frustrating however, the dishwasher wasn't fixed. I then called again to schedule yet another appointment. Took the day off to wait, only to once again get a no call/ no show.

Does not listen
He tried to twist what i told him and refused to listen when i was clarifying what I meant. I threw him out because he was giving me a heart attack. He only wanted to listen to himself. Argued with me when i was trying to explain. Lazy

No help at all
Tech came out and said unit was working fine according to his reader. Over 8 hours later and the house is still over 80 degrees.

It took 7 weeks
When he come he didn't want to change parts I had to stay on top of him the whole time and he still didn't change one part

Service was not completed correctly
My AC is still not working correctly. After saying there was nothing wrong with the unit, I came home 2 hours later to a house that was 82+ degrees when the thermostat was set at 75. My mother was present for the repair and I told him on the phone the unit was not working correctly, and he said it was working properly for him. Very disappointing. He did not take what I said seriously and now the problem is worse and I have to schedule another repair.
