This technician is too in a hurry, i believe he is guessing doing his work as he is not sure what he is doing I know this from the way he talked with me.

I was told compressor is free and they charge me 742 for lab
They charge me 742 for labor, it was forced to me to do that. I was suppose to get compressor free . This people are thief

Would give zero if I could
I have gotten to the point where I am filing a complaint with the Maine DA office Consumer Protection regarding this technician's behavior and Sear"'s fraudulent warranty. Twice this technician has lied to us regarding the repair, first time said he fixed washer it is all set- 100% false and today said it was unrepairable after running clothing through cycle. After he left I rec'd email saying he could not test machine in garage- 100% false. Sears employees are non-responsive, each one tells me something different and nobody will forward me to a manager- some say there is a manager, but they won't transfer me and some say there is no manager. Sears and this technician appear to be frauds!

Refused to fix fridge
Fridge still broken. Says HWA Home Warranty declined to cover, and stated so on receipt. HWA states they WILL cover. Almost immediately upon entering, and learning that the compressor was dead, he said it would take him "Hours" and he had 13 other calls he needed to do, and that his "boss" told him don't do it. Then said his "boss" told him home warranty wouldn't cover (even though I have approval in-hand). I used to trust Sears Appliance Repair....not anymore.

Luigi was fine. However unbelievable that he was unable to order the needed parts. Now we have to wait for another company!

COOK TOP REPAIR
MATTHEW IS NICE PERSON, HOWEVER I DON'T THINK HE KNOW HOW TO WORK ON THE COOK TOP. PERSON WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO WITH IT, IT WAS UNFORTUNATE PART THAT WAS SENT WAS PAD. HE ORDERED A NEW PART TO BE INSTALLED TODAY. TODAY SERVICEMAN DISMANTELLED THE OLD SWITCH & COULD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED DUE TO SWITCH BEING SMALLER SIZE. COULD NOT STOP THE CIRCUT BREAKER TO TRIP. FROM 5 BURNERS WORKING TO COOKTOP CAN'T EVEN TURN ON IS GOING 10 STEPS BACKWORJ. PLEASE HELP

Used electrical tape in a heat sensitive area to fix
Jamil attempted to fix the item with electrical tape on a heat sensitive area. When asked for a permanent fix, he refused to give us the supervisor information.

Terrible Service
Terrible service; visited 3 different times for the same problem. Same problem exits after paying about $400. Unsure if he knows how to repair the frig. Requested to have a different repair tech analyze the condition

Tech worked hard and tried but washer not workings
