Good technician, very poor company
Patrick was great; very knowledgeable. BUT, YOUR SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS IS DISGRACEFUL! YOU OWE CUSTOMERS MORE! ITS A SHAME THAT I HAVE PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN YOU CANT SET UP A SCHEDULE AND STICK TO IT. I HAD A DATE SET EARLIER THIS WEEK AND NOBODY CAME ALL DAY OR EVEN CONTACTED ME. This needs to be fixed if you hope to stay in business

Unhappy
Hard to understand, my daughter was made to pay for service to fix problem that was covered by my warranty payment.

Refrigerator Repair
Mark has taken action to repair my GE Monogram Refrigerator while it was leaking Freon. I believe he did a good job, but we have to wait until no further issue appears. He gave me and my warranty company two different diagnosis reports which are not consistent with what he has done to my refrigerator. That is why I have to wait until no further issue appears then we can call it done. When two different pieces of information passed for the same issue to different parties that cause my concern. Other than that he was professional and very polite. Because of the above reason I can rate him more that 2 stars at this moment.

Refrigerator repair
The gasket doesn't fit properly, so both sides open at one time and is difficult to close. This results in the gasket tearing apart and breaking frequently

Issue not resolved
Jorge was very efficient and professional during the service call. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I came home around 3:30 and found water leaking from the ice maker all over the floor. The original proble had not been resolved.

Hi, according to the technician, the system cannot be serviced because they couldn't find the serial number and model number so basically he just checked the pressure which I think there's still something going on since the air is not cold enough in my opinion!

Duane is good, company bad!
This company is terrible. It took 6 appointments to get the digital display fixed on our stove. I rearranged my day 6 times for this. I hope to never use this repair service again. 1st assessed repair and ordered part 2nd was going to show up too late 3rd part didn't work, reordered part 4th could not make it, I rearranged my day for it. 5th couldn't make it, I rearranged my day for it. 6th made it and fixed
