HORRIBLE< RIP OFF AND CHEATS - NO KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS
RIP_OFF and liars who just want to rip off elders and have no experience after coming to look at product twice - they need to shutdown this incompetent and lack of service by so called "Sears Home Service" no wonder went bankrupt now trying to rob elders and lie to them on what is faulty on the product bought - will report to better business bureau as well. NEVER BUY KENMORE OR PURCHASE THEIR WARRANTY _

The most "wonderful "experience ever!
We are having broken refrigerator for 1.5 months, trying all this time to get serviceman in our house, useless. Finally, you set the appointment on august 8, with Mr. Joyce. We wait all day, try to call, useless! He never show up, He never call, DO you, people , have a conscience? I understand, that you do not care, but to such a degree? Come on, this is clear depredation, shame on you,! I would like to know what would you suggest us to do now, If I dare to ask. Thanks a Lot for "awesome" job you do!

Multiple no call no shows
I have never experienced anything like this. Three times we have been given an 11 hour window and my wife has waited all day for a the tech to show up and three times he has not come and not even called. I can't rate his technical ability because he has never actually come to our house to make the repair.

Not personable
He was not very personable until the very end. If I let someone into my home I expect them to at least tell me what is going on. He did at the very end.

Washer Repair
Technician was professional and informative but unfortunately he did not repair the washer. It's worse than it was before. Made another appt. and will have to wait again until Aigust 11th. Very disappointed with Sears.

Poor basic skills
He left and did no repairs because he could not roll the refrigerator away from the wall. I just got home and it rolled away from the wall very easily. Now we have to reschedule because your technician can't perform the simple task of moving the refrigerator

AWFUL
failed to order all the necessary parts the first vist. Finally installed everything. Now I'm getting an OE error code indicating the washer can't drain. He installed a new drain hose. And he has a poor attitude.

5th attempt to repair failed
My washing machine has not worked for 10 weeks… 5 visits later it still doesn't work. Sears is not honoring the terms of my contract and keeps hiding behind automated answering systems… I just want a real person to call me and make this right! Customer Service? What's that?
