Corin was an excellent Airconditioner Technician.
For 3 weeks, almost an entire month my entire month my family didn't have Air condition. I was on the telephone ☎️ almost everyday with Sears or Ching. It was horrible to be in a house that was hotter than outside at almost 90 degrees. We also had an elderly 75 year old within our home who had breathing problems. It took a long time to get the service back with CORIN. He is an excellent Air Conditioner Service Technician. Please allow Corin to always repair or service my aircondioner.

Inappropriate
I cancelled the service through Choice warranty by telephone, email and text. Nontheless Wayne arrived and asked me to come outside to sign papers. He commented on my appearance that I looked good and at a later point asked me to turn around for him. I said "Do you thInk you should be making comments like that when you're on duty?" I kept my back away from him and never turned around. I put his truck info in my phone because I was scared. He knows where I live and I don't want him to loose his job because I don't want him showing up here angry. My children's father and next door neighbor are cops so I told them as well as a few other neighbors and my boyfriend. I watched over my shoulder for a week or more. If you wish to speak to me you may do so.

Disappointed
Jose walks in, shakes the drum, and declares the transmission needs to be replaced. Amazing! He has 20 years experience. Drum is no longer available but he's willing to replace the spindle (parts and labor) for $500+ but no waranty if we use the existing drum. Why would anyone do this. My opinion, from a DIY'er, is the bearings were bad causing the rattle noise. I'll find out. Honestly, I expected this exact thing to happen. Almost like going to the auto repair shop where they sell you more than is needed. Jose did admit the unit had bearing and he could fix that in 1/2 hour and a DYI'er could do it in 2 hours. I'll find out.

I am not sure if my first review was sent. So I will highlight my response. Eric was very professional and came and Timely. While he was here he examined the refrigerator noted how loud it was add then lubricate d it with wd-40 I gave him. He also vacuumed out dust and debris from this 23-year-old Sears refrigerator. This is our first call on the service plan. The refrigerator was so loud I could not hear the television in the Next Room. After his visit that condition still remained. So we will have to buy a new refrigerator and it seems that the service plan that we bought from you will not help defray the cost. How much can the Plan contribute to the purchase of a new refrigerator.?

air conditioning service
After waiting all afternoon for the service person to show up. He calls about 5:30. He mentioned how hard his day was and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come over. I had other plans at that point and I asked if he could come today 6/6. He said he had other jobs. I cancelled the appointment. Choice Warranty had tried to send three contractors to my home after filing an initial need on 5/18. I had enough with everyone's excuses. Choice home warranty is not equipped to handle clients in Oklahoma City and I have signed up with another company and plan to cancel Choice. I am just happy my Air conditioner is working and did not need someone to come out in the middle of August.

Sorry Service
Dmitri was not friendly and wanted the dog removed from the house, saying it was company policy. He barely looked at the refrigerator and said it was not repairable. I was not pleased with him at all. I did buy a new unit tonight, but I would not let him back into my house! It is easy to be friendly to people and pets!

My dryer wasn't heating enough to dry the clothes. He checked the dryer and couldn't find a problem. It's still not working.
