Microwave Maintenance
Technician was her no more than 5 minutes so not a lot of maintenance done. A bulb was burnt out, he said he did not have one and for us to purchase 1 to replace. He did leave the burnt out bulb so we know which one to purchase. Not real happy with Sears today, customer service has really gone downhill.

Good and Bad
Overall, the Gentleman was professional and did his best. Unfortunately nothing was resolved. Confusion came into play of how the report was written and my claim from a crappy home warranty company was denied. It was written up that the last techs before you all caused the damage to the unit which makes it not in my coverage. That is not the case. The unit was instructed by each one that it needs to be replaced. and now its being denied because of an inaccurate report.

Dryer repair
Marcus did the best job he could, but the dryer is still not fixed. He did a stop gap repair to make it work, but all of the pieces I bought and had installed were totally unnecessary.. I will more than likely buy a new dryer in the next month. I had 4 visits by repairmen. None really knew what the problem was..

I think He checked everything but did not let it run long enough to see that it couldn't pull down to the thermostat setpoint when the temperature is hot outside

Repair confusion
Repair was a week later than originally scheduled due to no parts. When tech got there he didn't think he had the parts on his truck. Wireless no impressed with him.

Excellent Serviceman
Jerry came to our home to fix the leaking dishwasher......but fond no problem with the dishwasher ...however, he did mention that leaking may occur from incorrectly placed items on he bottom shelf, which I did not realize might be the issue. Also, he showed us how to clean the filter....something no one else every told me to do. So, he was a great teacher as well, and hopefully I will have my dishwasher for many more years to come. Jerry was also very polite and personable too. I am very glad that we decided to purchase the warranty. It is well worth the cost for us.

Not thorough
This guy had my fiancée pull the fridge out for him, told HIM to turn our water off, cut a hose on the back that he thought was leaking, put it back, then left. The leak has continued and we need another service visit. Not impressed. Do they understand that we have to take time away from our jobs to attend these visits? Why is my fiancée having to do manual and mechanical labor when we're paying?

Maintenance call
I thought he worked really quickly compared to past maintenance. Also this morning first wash there is a small knocking happening that wasn't there before. I tried to call but the wait was extraordinary.
