HE DID NOTHING
This technician is the third technician that can to fix our freezer. He did nothing and our freezer and now our freezer and refrigerator are NOT WORKING!!! I thought technicians were supposed to know how to repair things. We need to have our refrigerator working.

Wow what a COST
the cost too fix my defrost heater was $200 less than purchasing a new Refrigerator of the same size with a 5 year warranty. Why call Sears ?

Air conditioner no cool air even after service
Jeff is nice but at 6pm no cool air from Vent yet. Still hot in home.

A/C STILL NOT WORKING
We are now a month in without a/c upstairs! First visit tech showed up, checked out unit and ordered a part! Rescheduled for the next week to have said part installed! Y'all canceled because tech called in sick! Rescheduled for the next week to have said part installed! Tech called and said he couldn't do work because his truck had been broken into and he had no tools to complete job! RESCHEDULED for the following week, tech shows up does some work and tells us he has to order part! Goes gets part and then said part is not compatible with our unit! So that was today! Needless to say we are still at a month with no ac upstairs in over 100 degrees weather! It is putting stress on our downstairs unit and running our light bill up! This is unacceptable, we have been customers with y'all for a few Years! We have called over these last couple of weeks to speak to supervisor and the representative will never put one on the phone! I hope whoever reads this is comfortable in their ac home tonight!

The technician never showed.
suppose to arrive today, never showed up grading you guys 0 less than at if I could. This is the second times this is happy.

Still not fixed
This machine has been worked on since July 2023. The first technician Zorn replaced two very large part, I believe one was the tube and the other was bearing assembly. A week later the washer still not draining water and producing a sewage smell. I called back and requested another tech look at it. Today 08/28/24 another tech came out and did absolutely nothing to machine and stated that the smell is coming from my drainage. I advised him that the smell was traced to my washer by a licensed plumber, he still insisted that it was coming from the plumbing. My wife indicated to him that the smell is coming from the washer because our clothes smell like sewage also. I am not happy with the level of service from A&E

Frig starting to fail again same issue
Very nice person. Put frig back together without replacing faulting part. Its started making that same noise & im reasonably sure we will see the frig go out again soon.

Never again
I will not renew my contract with Sears again. They do not do what they promised to do and gives you the run around until you get exhausted. Replacement means you choose from their rejects and naturally more problems. Never sgain.
