Washing Machine Repair
After I contacted the service to repair my Kenmore Washer, a repairman visited and determined that additional parts were needed, which he ordered. A second repair date was scheduled. The required parts were ordered and delivered to my house. When the second repairman arrived on the scheduled date, he determined that the repair estimate and problem parts identified were wrong and subsequently he was able to repair the washer and save me over $200 in repair costs.
