Refrigerator repair

The technician was nice but the fridge is still not repaired. After replacing three parts plus some prior to this appointment it is still not repaired. The icemaker doesn't work the fridge is not cooling and the freezer is not freezing. He replaced the compressor, the icemaker, and one other item. Very disappointing. And Sears is very hard to get in touch with a person to help. I waited over three weeks for this repair and was hopeful that it would be fixed. Very upsetting. 😥

The first time Robert came to repair my oven I had to pull the oven away from the wall, show him where the gas shut off was, and tell him that he needed a tool to turn it on. The next time Robert came to finish the repair he asked to use my bathroom. I thought said yes but I was annoyed about it. Robert found some type of rodent nest in the oven when he took it apart. He didn't have a shop vac so he asked if he could use my vacuum. I just moved in and had never used the oven because the two times I turned it on it smelled like gas. That's why the CO company had turned it off. I'm not a happy customer

The issue still not fixed.

The issue is still not fixed, I told him and tried explain him that he did the same thing when he previous came and he is doing the same thing again. He did not listen and he said I cleared the ICE and it will fix the issue, however I still see the refrigerator temperature still shows 60 degrees.

I had a service appointment today between 1:00PM and 5:00PM. Your website first said that the technician would be here at 1:30, then 2:15, then 3:10, etc. Then the website said that the technician had arrived. But, no one here. When I went back to the website, the call had no updated information. I called to find out when the technician would be here and found the call had been closed. No one would be here. Great job Sears!

Awful experience. The first technician was not familiar with a dual thermostat with emergency heat settings. 2nd tech reprogrammed the thermostat and afterwards my house would not cool. Mind you I'm in TX where temps have been over 100*. I had to pay another company to come out and fix their mistakes. Never again will I use Sear's.

Worst repair service From Sears Home Service In The World "

I am totally disappointed with the serviceman from SEARS on 8/30/23. for my Kenmore washer and charged $ 148.73 for nothing " but guess " work from the repairman that had no intention of removing the back or proving to me the broken part or parts needed, he was only guessing and telling me the cost to make the repair with no attempts to prove faulty parts needed also trying to sell me a home warranty. I paid for NOTHING and feel I should be Re Paid for this " sham ". I will never ever be suckered into this again! Ronald P. Sarber

Very strange man. I was uncomfortable wt him in my home. Rude and impersonal. He said he fixed the ac but it stopped working when he left. We would not allow him back in our home and would not use sears if he was only choice. 0 stars
