This is for the warranty process.
The entire warranty process is a 0. It took me 4 months to at least get a confirmed date for my appointment and by the time the appointment came around I did the repair myself. The warranty is pointless to have. This review is not for scottie.

Refrigerator not working properly
I waited for over 3 weeks for the follow appointment. I told the service tech that the refrigerator would not get below 45° F. He replaced 2 parts for a water leak and did not adress the temp in the refrigerator. I am now goi g on 4 weeks with a refrigerator that does not work. I have called a&e multiple times and have not been able to talk to a real person to resolve this issue Please have some one call me asap.

Dryer still not working

He did nothing. He unlocked the ice maker screen and said that is probably what kept the fridge from working. It was not. Still doesn't work.

No customer service
Great technician but I'm left so dissatisfied with the whole experience that I'm going to cancel my monthly service, he came and inspected the dishwasher and kept saying this is probably not going to be covered due to corrosion, he was referring to the dishwasher trays and I told him that's why I have a hole warranty for and he kept saying it won't be covered, he called the Main office for approval and they approved all of the parts, then we find out that there is the bottom part of the dishwasher missing and my wife said the last technician took it out and never put it back on and we found out that there are 2 screws that were not put back after the last technician did the repair on it, my parts were delayed I didn't get them in time and we had to wait a whole month for the parts and once they were all here I tried to call and set an appointment and the next appointment was not for another 2 weeks! I get a text message the day of my appointment at 1:13 pm letting me know that my appointment hasn't been confirmed and to press 1 to confirm it, I pressed 1 a total of 3 times and no response, my wife took the day off to wait for the technician and I called and after a 49 minute wait on the line I was transferred to another person who then transferred me to another person and this person said that the appointment was running late and they would be at the house around 6 pm I told him we have been waiting since 1 pm and even had my wife take the day off to wait for the repair but at this point it didn't matter I just wanted to get the repair done, the same technician showed up from the last time and my wife told him that the last technician took the bottom part off and didn't give us the screws to put it back on and he didn't put the part on himself left it without it, he said we would have to buy those parts ourselves, and then said AGAIN that the karts shouldn't be covered and next time "don't count on it" deplorable customer service

Sears SUCK! 5 attempts without success, and they still want to continue to try and troubleshoot to MILK THE INSURANCE!. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS' CUSTOMER SERVICE SEARS SUCK!!!

Pay for service but no work

The worst technician of Maytag company!
He was very rude not very professional and told my husband to fix it himself and he order the part and said he won't be back again He didn't know much about it had to research the code on the washer was.He degrade my home.
