Incomplete
Mohammed did not fix the issue with our dryer because he only stuck around for about 10 minutes total. I put a load in shortly after he left and kept it purposefully small and it immediately started squeaking like before. He was immediately uncomfortable with our geriatric dog and seemingly wanted to get out of our house as fast as possible. Seemed nice enough but it was frustrating to say the least.

Was not able to fix problem. Looks like He was scared of going under the house.

Service Tech
The service tech never showed up he just called and said they shouldn't have given him this call because he goes home on Fridays! This is the second time that we had the same problem and the tech didn't do anything the first time he came. Hopefully someone can come out and fix our problem!

Less than thrilled with David
This review is not only for David but for the company as a whole. I had an original appt which did not occur because you folks didn't schedule your routing properly based on my request for the last appt of the day, due to my work requirements. Day of, David called me while at work at 0800 saying he would be at my house by 0900. I told him I wasn't home and couldn't be home till after noon. He understood, said he would talk to his manager about coming later in the day, and get back to me. He never did, even with my repeated attempts to contact his cell phone and texts. Never answered. A short time later, at 0840, I saw on my driveway camera that he showed up at my house, got out, took a picture of my basement door and then left. Never knocked, never called, nothing. I then get an email saying knock knock, sorry we missed you. Which i find funny because he never knocked. Unsatisfactory! Why come, why bother? I then called the company, which is near impossible to get thru the automated operator, to actually talk to a human being. They saw the notes in the file, said they would reach out to the routing folks, and have them get back to me. They never did. Again, unsatisfactory! Without a working refrigerator for a week, I then decided to reschedule. They came today, same guy, David, and deemed my compressor dead, which is what I suspected. Paid the diagnostic fee, which I don't think I should have had to. Need new fridge. End of venting. End of story.

Not good, vary confused. Nobody knows anything on either side. Transfer to transfer then nothing. Feel like it was scam

Wrong way to serve, you total waste of my time
The technician did not wanted to check the refrigerator since the model number was not legible enough for a photo, I am not a technician and. Was able to figure out the model number in 10 minutes, so I think is unreasonable the way sears home service do business; I will never again waste my time.

Took months
The man who came was great, everything and I mean everything else was slow and sucked, call center in India and can't get anyone in country who could connect you to either parts or service!
