Broken
My washer doesn't work at all now. Before it was "repaired" I could get it to turn on if I fixed enough buttons but it doesn't turn on at all now.

Washing machine has not been repaired
no technician showed up at my house no phone call or text and my washing machine is still not repaired and the parts are still in the boxes beside the washing machine.

Machine is not working
Tech arrived late said belt was off said we were all set. Machine still not working. Does not spin out clothes. Very upset after waiting a week for service.

Tech
He came to my house at 9:12am left eight minutes later to get a part to do the job, and he never returned to finish the job. He didn't have a professional respect to call and let me know that he was not returning.

Stay away from sears
This is the absolute worst company. I'm now going in my 4th appt to repair my ac theyre techs come n leave my ac broken.

No working washer
Third time coming out. First time said it was too many suds, had to have them come out again ordered a piece, came out, replaced the piece. He stated The washer was working great went to use the washer and it's still running the same code that was running day one. Two months without a washer with the same error code from the very first visit. Very frustrating.

This ac tech doesn't have a clue on how to fix ac
Stay away from sears theyre techs aint trained on a/c repair. 3rd visit withing 1 week still no ac

Worst service ever!!! DO NOT USE
I had never felt so robbed as with this service. The technician came into my house, LOOKED at the machine, and said I needed an electrician, and then he charged even more than the diagnostics fee. Do not use these people; this is a scheme to take people's money.

Problem is not with technician!
The process of having to clear your schedule 9 hours is absolutely ridiculous. The website says you will be able to go online the day of service and see the 2 hour window when a tech will show up but that did not happen. He showed uo at 3:30! That process is not workable for working people or anyone else for that matter.
