Washer is not fixed
I asked technician to test washer to ensure no sound is made with clothes in washer. Tech assured me that washer will be fixed and no sound will be made. My issue is not resolved and the tech did not ensure my issue was fully resolved.

One month without a fridge
Took way too long to service. Lived out of an igloo cooler for one month.

Never again!
William was awesome! Sears was terrible! 1 month and no response. Impossible to get a person on the phone. Did chat they told me they would tell me about my part in 3-4 days every time. Finally my home warranty sent a different company out. My dishwasher was fixed in 24 hours. I will never use Sears again.

Washer repair
Washer was looked at on the 31st service man came out did not here any thing sears man called 9/18/2013 and asked about parts and I will have to pay for parts and labor per contract and second aero guy they we're ordering parts had to go buy a new washer and dryer this service was very bad now I have a new washer and the one that need to be fixed pay me for the on I brought

Compressor replacement
Did a compressor replacement in July I have still been without a refrigerator since (now Sept). Hit or miss if he will show up I have taken off and missed 2 full days of work with a no call no show from this tech. Had to hire another company to come in and fix the mistakes made on my compressor. Was installed incorrectly and leaks profusely after 2 months. Unacceptable workmanship.

Refrigerator freezer door rubber gasket repair
The Service person(mentioned above) left and completed replacement with instructions to us, not to open freezer door for one hour. Door opened after 4 hours and we noticed that the rubber sealant was not sticking. I called him immediately on his cell and he told me that he would not be able to help me out . Call the 800 number. I now have "snow" in the freezer . I now have to wait two more weeks just to get someone to look at it and tell me that I need another replacement piece sent to me, then reschedule again for installation. I was on the phone for 45 minutes with 4 different departments. By the way, the original replacement piece was warped when opened up. I called it to the attention of the service person, he told me that it would be okay and he installed it anyways. Now I am waiting again .....Very disappointed since I am leaving town for 2 months and have to be concerned about my freezer. Very disappointed in Sears! Also my first 5 star rating was done immediately after he left my home.. I should have waited !!

Worst of the worse
This particular tech. Is super lazy, rude, and unprofessional, he was supposed to repair our washer machine, and he was guessing on everything. On the end he told my wife to keep running the washer till break down because it was too expensive to repair, Plus he was supposed to do service and clean our dryer machine, but he told my wife that it wasn't necessary cause the machine was clean on the outside,
