Review of service appointment
Lawson was polite and respectful but the repair was unsucessful. The ice maker was replaced this morning and, 5 hours later, has not made any ice. He represented that he had replaced the ice maker in our refrigerator with a brand new unit but when I disposed on the old one and the packaging the packaging was clearly marked "refurbished," which is obviously different from "brand new."

Took WAY TOO long to repair!!!
My experience with y'all was absolutely awful!!!! This was a 7 week long process to get my washer repaired! Not ever being able to talk to anyone is a horrible way to run a business! Between my husband and I we toon 5 days off of work!!! One of the times y'all No showed! Another was a wrong diagnosis of the issue! And the one that finally repaired was way too cocky and rude! I'm thankful it's repaired so I can be done!

Still broken
This has been going on since May and my refrigerator is still not working. Sears warranty is a joke . Looks like I may have to take legal action to get any results !!

Air conditioning
Still having the same problem, the technician came for the third time and I'm still having the same problem and there is no way to go through the phone system to speak with an actual person.

Poor, does not show up, rude
He never came and never replied to my text. He said my house was unsanitary but he never even set foot inside my house. How do you say that when you have not been inside the house. He said American Home Shield denied the claim. I talked to American Home Shield, they did not deny the claim. He closed it and I have his text stating he closed it based off a previous ticket saying the house was unsanitary. The dogs were outside in a fenced yard. The floors had been swept and mopped. How was the house unsanitary? He had no way of knowing. He was rude not to reply or call!

Still Waiting!
09/20/2023 ) 5:30PM Dear Sirs: I called for service on 08/11/2023. The repairman came on 08/17/2023 at 4:30PM. He ordered door seals. The repairman came on 08/29/2023 at 10:40AM, and installed the door seals. The leak was not fixed! He found a leak in the drain hose. He ordered a drain hose at that time. The repairman brought the drain hose with him on the 09/02/2023 - 7:30AM service call. The hose did not fix the leak! The repairman ordered another drain hose which came to him on 09/13/2023. The repairman installed that hose on the 09/16/2023 - 8:00AM service call. Now my working dishwasher, which only had a leak, will not even drain the water out of it. The repairman said he doesn't know what to do about it. He said to call or write you so that is what I am doing today. Yesterday, I had to get on my hands and knees with a cup & rag and empty my dishwasher of the rancid water that was left in it. I don't know how a working dishwasher with a leak progressed to a non draining dishwasher? WE HAVE NOW PASSED A MONTH SINCE I FIRST CALLED FOR SERVICE. Repair of LG dryer, dryer not working
After Tech appointment, we still can't use it. It's spinning but no heat (the same problem as before). We called and bring the matter, on waiting.

Six hours late, no fix, flooded kitchen
Arrived six hours late, turned on water without properly sealing and flooded my kitchen

problem not solved
Nezlon was not the tech that showed up. Another two techs showed up. The Problem with my dishwasher is not solved. It is the wrong dishwasher and not what we ordered. The dishes fall over and rub and rattle against each other. The silverware basket melted. I called as I was directed within first week. They said I had 30 days. No one returned my calls. Sears keeps saying they will replace it with correct model dishwasher, but nothing gets done. I am frustrated and disappointed.

Bad service, bad attitude
The washing machine failed, but it worked, the technician took out the part and his words were "well then I'll give you your money back" he left the washing machine not working and now it doesn't even turn on, he didn't solve anything, on the contrary he ended up damaging the washing machine.
