Didn't do any repairs.
I had a technician scheduled to complete a repair on my range. He didn't complete any work and said he couldn't get through to "technical support" and told me I needed to reschedule another technician and then left. A few minutes later I got an email with a receipt showing that the ticket was completed. So now I'm being transferred back and forth on the phone to try and get this resolved and I still don't have a working range. Beyond frustrated.

No show
Terrible. He never showed up..no call, no text! Very upset. First visit-parts were ordered. Second visit-wrong parts were sent to my home, new parts ordered by John. 3rd visit-different tech supposed to come, lied and posted that no one was home/posted a picture of our driveway WITH my car parked-the windows were down.My Husband and I were home all day! Never called, didn't knock on the door/ring bell. We have 4 dogs and they would have barked. John never showed yesterday. Again, waited all day. Totally disappointed . Have never had issues like this with your service. I rate this experience a negative 100

My refrigerator has not been fixed.
No service was completed. He cancelled the appointment. Then attempted to show up at a time when I was not home.

Awful.
Although the technician was friendly, he did not fix our issue. He came to my home to fix my ice maker. He replaced a part, said it was working and then left (after I paid of course) the ice maker, 24 hours later now, has yet to produce a SINGLE piece of ice.

Waste of time
The tech came in opened the fridge and said nothings wrong. We have a hole in the lining and the temp is 50+ degrees. Awful and obnoxious!

Problem still isn't fixed
Stop giving out appts to your customers if you don't have the techs to send out to the residents. We don't have time to waste and wait on technicians that's not showing up. This is my 2nd time going through this with you all in the same month and wks apart. For my experience I rate this a 0.

Not so much the technician as the process
Our fridge has not been cooling correctly for 2 months. There have been four technicians out to look at it. Parts have been thrown at it and the last two visits seemed to be just hit the reset button and you're good to go. My wife and I have been taking days off work to wait on the techs. Yesterday was a total waste of everybody's time. The technician hit the reset and left. The fridge has NOT cooled down a single degree. Getting really tired of this home service not fixing the actual component that is bad. Seems they're only buying time, delaying the inevitable at the customers expense. If we didn't have our much older fridge in the garage I don't know what we would be doing. We cannot trust this unit enough to put anything in it. Thank goodness the freezer is still working, it was down a month ago also. I'm not happy what so ever with Sears home service and this program I have been throwing money at each month. Fix the fridge or replace it. The technician told me yesterday he couldn't even see the notes from the other service calls. He had no idea what parts have already been changed. He was gone in 20 minutes... Big thumbs down on this entire program.
