I Should Have Gone With GE
I have all GE appliances in my kitchen and normally use GE for repairs. I called around and Sears was able to come next day to repair the refrigerator. I decided to go this direction. From the moment I opened the door for the technician, I felt something was odd. He was standing on my porch and it took him a minute to realize I had opened the door. When he finally turned his head to face me he seemed a bit shocked (never had this happen before). I led him to the kitchen and he began to look at the appliance. I hung around for the first few minutes then went into the next room and sat down. I heard him say "Do you have the owner's manual?" At this point I became a bit concerned. I did have the manual and I gave it to him. He tinkered for a bit longer then asked me how much I was tied to the refrigerator because it was going to cost me over $1,000 to repair it. When I aske him what was the problem, he couldn't explain it. He also didn't seem confident the repair would fix it. He asked me to accept a phone call to bill me for the call. Then he handed me a paper towel with the amount of the bill and told me that was my receipt. (I did get an electronic receipt). This was the strangest repair call I have ever had and will not be going in this direction again. I will wait a few extra days for GE. Customers should never feel uncomfortable in their own homes. Disturbing.

4 trips and still no repair made
Our first appointment went fine. Joe said he diagnosed the problem and we needed a new part. I asked that the part be shipped to his office since we live in Georgia and don't live at the condo. We wouldn't be there all the time and wanted to make sure the part didn't get stolen. Each appointment day was met with a call, from Joe, asking if the part had arrived. Each time, I reminded Joe that the part was supposed to be mailed to his office. Beyond frustrated that it has been over a month, and my dishwasher is still not repaired. I asked to speak to his manager, and he said I couldn't. I wouldn't use Sears again. This is poor customer service. Then, I get charged for service that wasn't made. He didn't even go to my condo. I'll be addressing that today.

Disappointed
I've been struggling with my ac being fixed for about a month. The answer I receive is "I don't know what's wrong with it." "I will just glue it." Came out twice and glued it twice. Does that sound right to you? Ya well me either.

Washer repair
He did not hook up my washer to test if it was actually repaired. It was moved outside a few steps from the hook up because previous repairman left it with water which was then leaking all over my floor. Omar would not move it. He then proceeded to open my front door and did not close immediately which allowed my 2 dogs out and I have not found them yet!

No one show up
I am very disappointed I waited all day and no one came. I have a brand new cook stove and I can't use it! What must I do to get my oven fixed? Please help me with this issue.

If you can't fix it replace it please
Hello this has been a nightmare. First of all Kyle was not the last person here. I had 4 different technicians here and the problem is still the same ( no heat to dry dishes). It has been over a month and boxes of parts were ordered and installed.

Sears repair service
The technician left a bad dent in the refrigerator door below the ice dispenser. I'm not at all happy!! Please don't ever send him back here!

Aggressive and Disrespectful
Sears service I was scheduled for Thursday, September 21. No one showed up and I was unable to get a hold of anybody using the Sears number on the website. Called my warranty company and was asked to call back today. Was able to reschedule via the site for today. Received a text message and was home within 20 minutes of it. When arrived Raymond was leaving my driveway, we begged him to stop and come back. We've been without a fridge for now 3 weeks. There was a road rage incident in the neighborhood street where he cut us off and slammed in his breaks as we tried to talk to have him come back. My husband did get in front of his van and we got off to plead our case and have him come back. He laughed and stated we weren't home. Checking my ring camera he never even rang our doorbell and again was in our drive way when we arrived. I'm lucky my husband is not an aggressive man because Raymond got off his van and tried to fight him. I had to get between them to tell my husband it would not be worth it. Reported him to the "how's my driving" line as well. This all happened as school children were walking by after school. Very disappointed at his behavior and Sears for no showing to an appointment yesterday. He's lucky I didn't call the police on him!

Zero Stars
Thomas replaced the main board on our refrigerator, proceeded to tell us the compressor had kicked on and swiftly left. He did not review the LED light on the board that continues to blink red in a sequence of three flashes which means the refrigerator is still faulty.
