You'll get a nine hour repair time window that never narrows down. Yes, you read that right: They actually expect you to sit there for 9 hours and wait for them. I have never encountered this with another business. At 9.5 hours the tech texted me that he had another job ahead of mine and was that ok? We had plans at 10 hours so that didn't work. Had to reschedule with another company thru our warranty company and now we have to wait another week to get the oven repaired. Have a question? Their phone number doesn't allow you to speak to a live person. The tech, Josh, offered me the phone number to the office but said he'd text it to me. I waited 5 minutes (5:55 PM by now) and texted him that I needed the number and he sent it just after 6 PM. When the office had just closed. How thoughtful was that?! You get what you get in Yuma. I would not do business with a company that doesn't allow communication with a person, and doesn't narrow down the repair time into 2 or 4 hour time slots like every other company, so this company is out for me.

Heat pump

Did not fix heat. Still running constantly. Replaced thermostat. Still blowing Cold air. To get heat have to pump the thermostat up 2 to 3 degrees to get heat.

Repair not working

This guy is great, his assistant Brad is cold and uncaring. Today marks my 5th visit with Sears for a dryer issue. Motor was installed but I told guys it's making a noise. After they left the noise got louder and louder. Recalled Brad this am, told me he heard nothing yesterday. I kept saying something is wrong. BRAD is an uncaring cold tech.

Called 15 mins before end of appointment window (8-5) to say arriving in over 30 mins, outside of appointment window. Very frustrating to take day off work, wait all day with no word and then being told they were arriving past the appointed time. Can't believe they weren't aware earlier that they'd be late or know where they're going in order to call and inform sooner that they were running late.

My appointment was suppose to be between 8am-12pm my service technician didn't arrive until about 2:45pm which I had to rearrange other appointments. Then the problem was not resolved after telling the technician multiple times he insisted on his experience and here I am today 3 days later still no dryer fixed and is being told that I'll have to repay for them to come out after no diagnosis were done

Terrible Experience

Technician told hiring company he came to my residence and "that I wasn't home" while I was waiting by the door and took time off of work for the appointment. I called and pleaded with customer service to send him back because I was without a refrigerator for 2+ weeks… no help. Technician also forged my signature in a document regarding purchasing of parts. Terrible experience over all, will never utilize again. Still have parts for the refrigerator that need to be picked up by Sears due to technician never showing up. Would rate 0/5 stars if I could.
