Sears/CHW service tech
Very condescending. Same tech was here Thurs 9/21 and advised me I wasn't cleaning the filter enough and that it is usually an additional charge but he would clean it and lie on the work form that it was a wire. Same drainage problem continues and same tech returns today, 9/27. He says he advised me last week that it was a plumbing issue with the air gap. Spouse asked if he advised that in his work order and Daniel condescendingly says it was not documented, if he told someone something he expects them to listen. I was never advised anything about plumbing or the air gap. Daniel D looked at us and advised "something changed between last Thursday and today" with the air gap, yet this is the same issue he was to address on the first visit. Last week when I turned on additional lights in the area he was working in, he thanked me but then ranted how some people complain when he asks for light. He also complained about a previous client ranting that he accused the client of not keeping his home clean, that he was dirty, when he advised that client he needed to clean his filter more frequently. Neither of these are things he should be discussing with another client on the job site. This tech has no people skills and his interactions are very unprofessional. Not sure if his work is accurate or not, but I have a plumber now scheduled to look at this air gap issue 100% unhappy with service provided and uncomfortable having this particular tech in my home

Dishwasher repair
The technician came at 5:30. Three boxes of parts were delivered. I left the room and in 15 minutes he said he fixed the problem without using any parts. He explained how he "fixed it " and I told him the last guy ran diagnostic testing and his logic was flawed. He was in a hurry to leave. I had to take off work for this. We ran a load of dishes and got an error message.

Oven
I was told by your technician (Olman) that a part would be ordered. After he left, I found out this is not the case. He told my Home Warranty Company "Display is faint and due to customer's age, it is hard to see." That is not true at all - my daughter and granddaughter (who are much younger than me) can't read it either. I can't use my oven because I can't see what temperature it is set on.

Poor at best
Tech came out today to do repairs. Our initial complaint the burners do not heat evenly explained the top dont turn off complete on one burner. He did fix the door and the burner not going off. Burners still heat un evenly will most likely need replacing.

Dishwasher
Issue still not fixed. Have come 2 times, cancelled or no show several times and without a dishwasher for months.

refrigerator solenoid replacement on 8/18/2023
Valve leaks all over the kitchen floor. Sears Home Services will not stand behind their work or take responsibility and make it right. I would never recommend Sears Home Services. Never.

Not good! He didn't even take his tools. Out Like other sears guys would.to look at stuff to see if there was a problem.with our refrigerator! so I am not happy! With today service! And I have been a customer with Sears my whole life!!

Why show up?
Technician showed up, did nothing but sit in his truck for 35 minutes and then left. Nothing was done!

If I could only give 0 stars...
The tech was rude, complained about his knees and other physical issues while he was here. He left trash all over my basement. He never reattached the light inside the dryer so that is still not working. Since then the appointment to fix his error has been rescheduled 4 times. This man is not who you want as the face of the company.
