Poor customer service

The technician fixed the issue, BUT I did not like his customer service. The first time he was here to check the issue he was so rude and hostile. Today, the second time he came, was a bit better. Overall, I definitely would lot want him back to service my machines, solely because of his horrendous attitude. His snarky remarks made the whole experience so uncomfortable. Someone like that shouldn't do this for a living if he hates to be around people so much as he shows it.

Ice Maker Repair

Since the new ice maker was installed this afternoon there has been no ice deposited in the bin. Please send someone who knows what they are doing to repair this ice maker.

Unprofessional

I was at work and my wife was at home. My wife was the one that had to deal with Mr. Jimmy. Mr. Jimmy called me so I can explain the issue I was having. He asked my wife if the refrigerator has been worked on before and my wife had to call me to find out and when I told my wife yes and what was replaced my wife told him exactly what I said and he had a disrespectful response to my wife. He never called me to tell what was wrong or what he did. I would have liked a call back telling me exactly what he did and why i was having issues. Very unprofessional.

NO ONE SHOWED! I have NO IDEA who "Bennie" is! My wife and I cleared TWO DAYS of work for YOUR convenience! I'm GLADLY spreading the word about Sears "Services!" I've lost time and money. Bennie submitted an invoice that the work was "completed" and there was "No Sig Per Customer" ALL a LIE! NO ONE came to our house for service! BBB will be notified along with all the paperwork!

No one showed up!

4th service call and this time he didn't show up! Wife took off work 4x for a washing machine repair. Still not fixed and they call to say it's unrepairable after the 4th time.?..?

G. E. Refrigerator Repair

On June 14, 2023 this same technician came to our home to repair the same issue. We had food loss, the bottom freezer was not working, and there was no working ice maker. He ordered parts. We received some parts, some wrong parts, and some parts went to CA. We have complained for months to the warranty dept. Another company came and never returned. 3 months later, here comes your guy (again) and the problem is still not fixed. He does not remember coming to our home 3 times! Seriously??? What kind of business are you running? He said he would be reporting the problem to his manager. Can you please forward this to his supervisor?

Fridge not working properly….AGAIN

Fridge was working when technician left. Two hours later nothing is working again. He told me if problem occurred again to push button at top of fridge and everything would work but nothing is working, no water, ice, no lights inside fridge.

Martin was very unpleasant and rude. He did not fix the problem. He refused to wear a mask when I asked him to and threatened to leave 3 times. No person to person skills.

John has not been here!

I have not seen John, the package with the hose and valve arrived a week ago. I have had 2 scheduled appointments for a Sears repairman. No one has been here. I have recommended Sears to a number of people. I will not make this mistake again!!!!!

I would give your tech a zero, if I could.

Your tech was the worse one that have ever been at my home. He didn't want to do the work. He lied about my have rode a in my home, it is not true. I have contacted the pest exterminator company that I had and all of them said that they have never found any rode a in my home. I have constantly had my home serviced by an extermintor companies. Plus he left my dishwasher where it can cause me to trip and fall. I had to go outside and ask him to come back and do what he needed to do to make it safe for me. I told him that he just can not leave the dishwasher like that. Then he came back inside and used a tape that did not work, then he asked me to put something against the dishwasher to hold it in place. He was very unprofessional, asking me to put something again it, which could cause me to fall and injury myself. At my age I can easily fall and I told him that, but he did not care. If sears doesn't do something this accident about to happen, then I will have to file a lawsuit against Sears. Choice warranty needs to make sure that sears does what they need to do to make sure that I am safe. That is the least that they can do.
