Disappointment
I did not have confidence that Kyle knew what he was doing. I told him I had water backing up. He took out the toe kick. shined his light under my dishwasher. then he turned it on and water backed up. he then said that I had a bad motor and it needed replacing. He diagnosed this based on a smell he said he smelled and that it was hot. I can't see how anything could get hot in less than 30 seconds though. He then left the water inside my dishwasher and I had to ask him to clean it up before he left. Based on what I watched, I would like a second opinion from a more experienced technician or a refund.

Service good, communication terrible
On 9/28 I rec'd a call asking for info on repair and was told that on day before I would receive a window on when tech would come-never rec'd any call or msg. On morning of service all I was given was 11 hour window between 7am and 6 pm. At 9:00 AHS site showed window of 9-12. At 12 calling A&E recording said 5 stops away but text msg still showed 7-6pm. Tech came around 3:35. Unacceptable scheduling communication-I sat around all day because A&E/tech can't manage their schwdule. Will never use you again.

Call me ASAP
This is not a Mohammad complaint. Mohammad was very professional. Call me ASAP 3017044924 The service from Sears has been terrible. My Washer is still broken and leaking water. Now my vinyl floor is literally torn/ripped (Not water damage). The first of 3 technicians took a part of the washer with him. And now you want more money than buying a new washer and dryer together!!!

Rough experience
cancelling rescheduling on the appointment days is how Sears scheduling works. minimum wait for repair is at least 1 month

Was not impressed
Service provider first sat in your front drive for 20 minutes did not announce him self or why there not until wife opened garage did he come out. Came in garage told wife he had to call on freezer to see if covered under home warranty then got off phone walked out of garage got in truck sat in drive another 30 minutes. Did not touch freezer. Hopefully next tech will have better customer service explaining better what was happening and why. Not impressed at all.

Didn't spend the needed time
Hector was very cordial but did not wait to see the leak. It started leaking as soon as it left. Told me to reschedule and he would come out with a helper to I stack. That was not the truth. He did not come out. I have to wait for someone else Very very disappointed

Tech never tested , said it was done, took payment and left
The problem was never fixed. Tech left without testing the issue. When I ran the washer after, the same issue is occurring.

Couldn't figure out the issue
Technician replaced a part they thought needed to be replaced but issue persisted. He then decided that the oven does not have 220 coming in so the oven cannot heat up. I told him the oven was working for 8 years and had the proper electric. He just packed up and left.

4 year old refrigerator unrepairable
Technicians tried more than four times to fix our refrigerator. This last time the technician said it's unrepairable, start looking for a new refrigerator! What is Sears going to do for us? It's near impossible to get a live person on the phone, and then they just want to set up another service call. We are not only out the sizable cost of the refrigerator, but the cost of the service call and the cost of a lot of spoiled food. Very very unhappy!! Unfortunately, I can't rate a zero.
