David seems to be a nice person. Called prior to coming and said I would be without any oven...once he pulls the electronic board...for weeks possibly months...and I have no guarantee IF it can be rebuilt or WHEN?? This COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I've had this Range warranty for 20 years and it's paid in full thru December 2024. They have been trying to find the electronic part since JUNE...4 months now. They have promised to REPLACE my Range...but have lied time and again. DO NOT TRUST SEARS...or A&E APPLIANCE REPAIR. The Supervisor, Merrick Talley...in Atlanta will not respond and the only people you can speak with is in India. THIS COMPANY ...IS A TOTAL SCAM!! The Technicians, only do what they're told...and are nice people...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! I only give it a 1 Star Rating...because that is the lowest I can give!

The machine was squeeling thought the agitation of the load. I called and received a run around from one person/ dept to another without any resolution. Bottom line? A non working machine. Please come back and make this right

Freezer Ice Dispenser

Sears technicians have been out five times to repair the ice maker and ice dispenser on our refrigerator. The ice dispenser is working but the ice maker is still not working. The latest technician who was here today left without ensuring that the ice maker is working. This is very frustrating.

I have been trying to get my ice maker fixed since May. I have had 6 appointments. 2 times the technician never provided status and never showed up. 4 times the technician showed up and didn't fix the problem. Today the technician installed the delivered parts and left without verifying the problem was fixed. In fact, he asked me to shut off water, i went into basement and did so, then waited for him to ask me to turn it back on. After 20 min or so with no feedback i went upstairs to find my door left open and the technician gone. I later received emails implying i had signed for services when i never did so. Bottom line - 5 months of horrible service, problem not fixed, technicians not seeming to care.

Tech could not fix!

4th tech visit and oven is still not fixed. Techs are clueless. Have not had a working ovebln for over 2 months. Extended warrantee is a total rip off with this company. Next call is to my lawyer!

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. This is second time this person (I won't give him satisfaction of calling him a technician)! Came to service our refrigerator. He didn't do anything on either visit!! He was here to review our refrigerator for replacement. He pretended not to understand. When I got the benefit person on phone, Robert was told what was needed. After I hung up with benefits person, Robert picked up his tool box and left without me saying anything to us! Today's service caps off many visits and phone calls with Sears regarding our leaking refrigerator!! I'm so angry 😡

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Sears I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the maintenance service provided by Sears on October 3, 2023. Unfortunately, I must report a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience with the technician who visited my home. On the specified date, a Sears maintenance technician was scheduled to address the spinning issue with my appliance. The previous Sears technician had identified the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts. However, the technician who visited us today did not even attempt to address the issue. Instead, he only discussed clogs inside the machine, completely neglecting the critical issue we had reported earlier. What is most concerning is that he did not communicate with us regarding the status of the previously ordered parts or why he chose not to install them. Without providing any explanation, he abruptly left our premises, leaving us in a state of frustration and inconvenience. This situation is highly unfortunate and unacceptable. We rely on Sears for professional and efficient maintenance services, but this experience has shaken our confidence in the quality of service we can expect. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter to rectify the situation. Please arrange for a competent technician to revisit our home and address the spinning issue as previously diagnosed and ordered.
