Dissatisfied and Disappointed

I give Eric Q a negative ten. I selected one start because I had no choice. Eric was unpleasant upon arrival at 6:00 pm. He immediately said there's nothing he could do if I need any part because the office is closed. He suggested I call and make another appointment. I waited all day 12-5:pm for my refrigerator to get repaid. He asked if I had a cooler and suggested I put my food in it.

Poor service

Didn't fix or replace anything, waste of my money, sensor was missing and didn't offer to put in a new one because "wires weren't showing".

Unprofessional

Bryan came to my house and was unable to fix my dishwasher when I questioned him and asked if he knew what the problem was he said," I'm out of here." packe up his tool box and walked out of my house. He was very rude and unprofessional. I don't want him to ever come back to my house again.

small leak made much worse, then ball dropped

Although Tony was affable, I thought his solution was not adequate to the problem when he explained what he thought was the issue to me, (the window seal on the washer door needed cleaning to fully close the door). I said I thought the main gasket around the washer opening was at fault and he disagreed,. When I ran a load of laundry immediately after his service, the very small drizzle of a leak that I had called about became a big leak that soaked my wood floor and under my washer, When I called immediately (1:40 pm) to ask him to come back, he said the claim was closed and I had to file another claim for him to return. I checked online and the claim was open, so I called Choice Home Warranty. They confirmed it was still open and told me I had to call the technician. I called (no answer) and texted Tony at 2:40 to ask him to come back. I still have had no response. I sincerely hope he will return in the am to follow through on this problem, but I am dismayed at how much time I had to spend checking online, calling Choice, trying to reach Tony, etc., to try to get fast resolution. It puts Choice, Sears, and their subcontractor, A&E, in a poor light.

Did a terrible job.

Was 5 hours late. It took him 2 hours to put 2 parts on. Did not and would not test the washer to see if it was fixed. I asked him to test it and he refused to because he had to get home to his two kids but we waited all day for him to get here. Our appointment was from 10 to 2pm and he showed up at 6pm. He told us to call him if the machine didn't work right but he wasn't going to wait an hour bc he had his children to get to. I told him we waited all day for him. We have scheduled 5 appointments to get this washer fixed and then have waited countless hours for each appointment for the tech. To get here and not have the appliance fixed. The washer was spinning so fast. I have never seen a washer go so fast. The grinding sound is still there just not as loud. Now the rubber around the washer tum is rubbing on something that is taking off the rubber which is going on the clothes that are in the tub.

Kenmore elite refrigerator

Joseph came in and was prepared to replace the ice machine, but I told him the refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer was warm. He pulled the refrigerator out and said that there was a leak and that he fixed the leak and replace the ice machine. Said to wait a few hours and it should be cooling,it's NOT !! and the refrigerator is 57° and is not working. Very disappointed. It's now 7:45 in the evening on October 5.

Refrigerator noise problem not solved

Inspection and was done on Sept 7 for the noise problem, parts ordered, parts received and servicing was done on Sept 28. Noise problem started again on Oct 4 (within a week!) I am not happy with the diagnosis and correction done.

Repair

Only one star given. Preferred to be none. Not good. Service technician did not arrive till after 6pm and didn't leave until close 8.30pm. Had great difficulty in trying to put the oven door back together after replacing the interior glass on the door. I was helping with looking up part numbers and schematics to assist in the repair. He had to make 2 phone calls to support people to help. Finally after putting it back together I come to find out the next day that the glass shifted back and forth when I wiped it. Set up another device call to have technician come out and finish repair. Ended up cancelling that appointment after I figured out that the screws were not tight enough to hold the glass door securely. I do not have confidence in sears repairs anymore.

Terrible Tech
