The problem continues

Douglas arrived in good order and was polite. He had difficulty accessing diagnostic codes and was unable to erase previous diagnostic codes due to limitations of the washer. The difficulty was that the washer has a locked door at the end of the casual and whitest of whites cycles. The problem persists. Douglas stated that he was not able to stay the 54 minutes needed to cycle the casual cycle. Also when he was on his way over I offered to begin the cycle so that it would display once he got here but he told me not to do so. The washer continues to have its door locked at the end of the normal cycle. The problem has not been resolved.

Still no ice and still leaking water

Conrad attempted to fix the ice maker, but the same problem still exists. Called Big Sandy where we purchased the refrigerator. They also attempted to fix the same problem, but they didn't have any luck. Big Sandys is coming back to try again to repair a defective GE refrigerator.

Absolutely terrible service!

After 3 repair appointments the dishwasher still does not run. First tech diagnosed trouble and ordered parts. Next appt was a no show and then was rescheduled. Tech had a supervisor with him from Peoria and he couldn't come inside to help and the new tech was first day on job and had no clue what to do and kept going outside to check with the supervisor sitting in truck outside our house. Finally after two hours supervisor came inside and realized another part was needed and the rescheduled our appt for another week. We tried calling A& E Services and finally got a person who at LG who said the flow switch was what needed reset. I asked for a senior tech to come as other tech was incompetent and they assured me they would send a senior tech but the first incompetent tech arrived. He worked for almost five hours pulling dishwasher out and laying on side and putting new parts in but sometimes he put them upside down. My husband had to tell him about the brain box and for him to do white to white and blue to blue, etc. we are deeply disappointed and STILL do not have working dishwasher. My Dad is not healthy and this problem is terribly upsetting when Matthew K left he said we would be getting a new dishwasher and I hope that finally solves the problem! We have been dealing with this since first week in September, over 4 weeks.

Poor Service

Is it possible to give him a "0"? The ice maker STILL doesn't work, the freezer door no longer closes properly and he left with water running out from under the refrigerator. Check your records. We have had several technicians from your company try to fix the problem with no success. I don't know what it will take to get this resolved, but I can't recommend your company to anyone in good conscience.

Larry said he couldn't fix it as the part was no longer available. BUT, he did suggest that we buy the warranty, then he'd come back and fix it so it might last a few weeks. Then when it quit working again in a month, or so, the warranty would buy us a new machine. Sounded sketchy. We didn't accept that plan, so ended up just paying for the diagnostic,

What a mess

Technician was not prepared. He had the wrong information from Sears. Had a gas stove problem with heat issues. He said he was told the door on stove was broken??

Refrigerator repair

We need Omar to come back because the light no longer works and the some of the pieces were not put back on the top of the refrigerator when he adjusted the door. He was pleasant, but the everything is not back to normal.

We are very unhappy with our general service. Our refrigerator wasn't working. We waited 3 days for a diagnosis. Then 2 weeks for parts and service. One of the parts was not the correct part. So, one week since service, our refrigerator is not working again. Our time and loss of food is really troublesome. Debbie Mears

Thomas was the worst serviceman I have ever had. He pouted when I asked him to wear shoe covers. He told me it was the jars on the top of the frig that caused the noise. It is an intermittent noise. I know the noise came from the refrigerator. I am not stupid.. Then he Leaned on the refrigerator door, putting all his weight on the door. He also used the door handle to pull himself up from a squat position. After he left I noticed the door is now out of alignment. I can see gap in the door seal.
