Ice maker not working

I don't really have anything bad to say about the techs. getting the ice maker to work has been the biggest nightmare. It all started in August diagnosing it wrong 3 times and two ice makers later, let's hope this one produces ice. I could not get a hold of anyone to talk to and let them know we received the ice maker. sears kept calling automated voice message saying they are cancelling repair cause the part wasn't delivered. I had to use my sisters phone to "talk" to someone. If this ice machine is bad or goes bad in 90 days, I would like a new refrigerator. I've spent hours on this huge hassle to fix an ice machine. totally ridiculous!

Terrible service

Two missed appointments and made me feel that as it was my fault as the customer that I was an inconvenience to them. Left the broken washing half full of water and said well that's your problem and just left. Did not appreciate that I was told to use a cup to get the water out the washer. Washer machine still broken after second visit and they just wanna keep throwing parts at until they found the broken part.. it been a month and I still have broken washer machine

Just wanted a quick seventy five bucks

He came into my home. Looked at my oven for less than 5 minutes. Said he could not find a model number. Called choice home warranty. They said they would send someone else. Took my money and left. As soon as he left, I found the model and looked my stove up online. This is the second time a choice warranty contractor has done this to me.

Parts were ordered and Installed, issue was not solved. Dishwasher still leaves dished covered with debris after every wash cycle. Technician provides no alternatives to correct this situation and leaves with no recourse or further contact.

5 hours later than was told, no apology/explanation

james phoned me at 8:54 am, said he would be here "in an hour, maybe an hour and a half". At 9:45, I put my dog outside so she wouldn't be in the way. Mind you, I live in south georgia, still hot this time of year. At 1:24 tried calling him, there was no answer and I left a voicemail. At 2:32 I tried calling again, still no answer. I then had to let my dog inside because she is elderly and was very hot. He finally showed at 3:10 pm, and didn't even acknowledge how late he was or aplogize until he was here for a few minutes working, and I finally had to say, "No apology or explanation?" He was confused and had no idea what I was talking about. After I expressed how unhappy I was that he was over 5 hours late, he gave a bunch of excuses, and zero apology. He asked where breaker box was, I physically showed him, and not ten minutes later asked again where it was because he said he got "confused". So, a few minutes later he said the new part was installed and he was getting ready to leave. I asked if there was anything for me to sign, because I discovered in an email from previous visit that he forged my name and signed for me, and I definitely did NOT like that. Took him about 5 minutes to find the proper place for me to sign for myself. What he did was illegal! Compare signatures from first visit to today's visit! Do not ever send him my way again!
