Tried but the fridge still doesn't work.

The fridge was a little noisy and we wanted to repair it before selling. This was at the end of august. After the 2 nd visit the noise stopped because the entire fridge stopped. Now after 4 visits and over 2 months the fridge doesn't work It seems each tech who came had no notes from the previous visit and made their best guess as to what was wrong with it. Awful service. Horrible communication with no options. Will never pay for another warranty. No way to chat live with anyone other than the tech when they arrive. I'm now throwing out the fridge. #awful #notworththecost #neveragain.

First came to diagnose my washer in June.After several missed follow-up service appointments, the inexperienced technician they sent came and messed up my newly ordered interface board for my washer because he didn't read the instructions that came with the part.... I had to call GE directly and pay out of pocket for a service that had been covered by my home warranty. Very unsatisfied never again customer.

Your phone system of prompts is the worst there is. You cannot use your online site to book multiple appliances. Simply, archaic.

Waste of Time

The service rep was unprofessional with my mother-in-law. The first words he apparently said to her was, "you know there's a service fee right?" Usually a "hello" is a good place to start. Then, the quote to repair torn rubber was equal to the cost of a brand new washer machine. Why bother? He didn't want to do the repair, he was only looking to collect the fee and go home on time for Friday. Lastly, he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy a service plan after a rude introduction to my mother-in-law and then showing me he had no desire to do the work. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's a waste of time and money!

Microwave and Oven Repair

It's been a couple months since Dustin was called to work on our microwave and oven. Each time he came out there was something else wrong with our oven and was still not fixed and the microwave wasn't looked at until the third visit. On his third visit, we already received the additional parts he ordered. Finally hoping our oven would be fixed but, he said he will not fix the oven because the call was for the microwave, and left. He been the same technician for two months and the amount of time he spent for each call seemed less than a couple minutes. Frustrated with his lack of urgency and professionalism we decided to purchase a new oven.

Didn't fix the problem at all.

The "repair" person came out to fix my washing machine and simply flipped the breaker and said it was working despite telling him we had done that. Tried to do another load a few hours later and had the same issue. After contacting them multiple times we received no response. Zero accountability! Never use Sears repair service. It is a total waste of time and money.

Not sure he fixed anything

Other than looking at the freezer I'm not sure anything is fixed. My refrigerator when he left was and is reading 51degrees he did not even look or take the temp. He said the fans working so it's working. I fear I still have a broke unit.
