Poor attitude
No empathy didn't care I had no refrigerator for 5 weeks. Did not go the extra mile and would not let me express my concerns to supervisor

Quoted wrong parts
We needed seals and clutch fixed on washer. Service person quoted for motor and agitator. These were parts not needed. Everything works on the machine, except it leaks. Now I have to pay someone else to come look at my machine.

Oven repair not resolved in a timely manner
The technician was very helpful. I appreciated that he called first thing in the morning to let us know when he would be arriving during the day. I wish all of your technicians would do that so customers don't need to be waiting all day for a service which won't happen until late afternoon. On another issue - our oven appointment has been on your books for over 30 days now and is still unresolved. I had received a thermal switch which would fix the problem, but your staff refuses to send a technician out until the other part arrives. That part is out of stock from the warehouse and no one has it available. I went online to ask how to replace the thermal switch. YOUR WEBSITE (an official Sears website) has the video instructions and actually states that in a situation like ours where the oven quit after I ran the cleaning cycle the PROBLEM is the thermal switch. NOT the out of stock thermastat that you insist we need to fix our oven. I am very frustrated with your service and will think twice about renewing the master protection agreement in the future or suggest it so someone else. This process has been a nightmare!!! Older people could not even begin to circumvent your telephone service program which never gives a person the option of speaking with someone who can investigate the problem. Your staff just reads off the script you have given them. I also do not appreciate using a call center in a foreign country. We need to KEEP these JOBS in the United States!!!!

Bad Service
First off all Dervan couldn't explain clearly what was wrong with my dryer. Either he didn't/don't know what he's doing or he doesn't speak English very well. He came today and my dryer is still not working! We turned it on to see and in maybe 10 minutes the dryer choked off again. He should've made sure before leaving that the dryer was or was not repaired. Bad Business and I can't get reimbursed for having to go to the wash house. This is too much and has been going on since September 27, 2023!

I was very unsatisfied with my technician
I felt like my technician did a rush job on my refrigerator repair. He didn't even check to make sure it was working before he was heading out. When I asked him if he could make sure it worked(my ice machine) he told me "you just have to turn it on, it's basic". I couldn't find the switch on the front of fridge like he said because it wasn't there! When he finally came in to help me after I asked again, he seemed unpleasantly bothered and it took him awhile to find this "basic switch" that was inside the fridge! Not on the outside. Needless to say, my ice maker is still not working so they are sending out another tech to fix it next week! Smh. I'm very disappointed! I pay for my service plan faithfully. Yet I'm without ice another week! Smh.

Horrible
He really lied and said there's no way to fix the microwave because the sticker information is no longer present when there's info on the back and inside of the microwave per the manufacturer Samsung

Worst service I've ever experienced!!
Not only did we have to wait the full 8 hrs, (a ridiculous serve window), after showing him arriving at 3 different times. Arrive 4:55, right at dinner time, until 7:30. He left my laundry a complete disaster, oil allover every thing, dryer, floors, old parts on top of washer. Here's the real doozy, he never checked to see if it worked before he left, telling us we had to weight 48 hrs for glue to dry, and guess what it doesn't it is worse, it won't agigate ,water leaking allover the floor. Not even the problem he came to fix. And NO one in your company will take accountability and send someone today or even first thing Monday. It's another 8 hr waiting game for Tues!!!🤦♀️🤦♀️ Not to mention making us wait 2 weeks for a part that was not available! Oven still unfinished since 9/22. Despicable service and uneducated repairman. Worst service ever.

Ding dong the witch is dead
Based on my experience with the company contracted to maintain appliances bought at Sears stores in Hawaii, don't wait on them to get your appliances fixed. Expect that after at least three scheduled appointments he will tell you he can't fix the appliance, go buy another one. To placate you he will tell you he will put in an order saying the equipment is beyond repair. It really isnl't so. It's just that he either doesn't know how to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
