This technician came unprepared. Why does a customer need to provide any towels are rags for there job. He wasn't really enthusiastic about doing the job. Giving me all the negatives that could happen, for performing his assignment. I felt as if it was a threat.

Disappointing

I had worked on the upper ice maker two years ago to try and keep it running and not cost the warranty company a replacement. Michael acted like I had abused the refrigerator. The lower ice maker and freezer has worked for the last two years. I have had 3 major expensive issues in my home the last 2 weeks. In addition my son was in a car accident. The previous technician was more polite and understanding.

Unprepared, unprofessional

This tech was not prepared with the tools he needed and left a mess while leaving. He asked to borrow my tenant's vacuum, borrowed a knife and soiled several new wash cloths of my tenants. He left a mess with the old parts scattered and charged an additional fee for cleaning the dryer even though the service was paid for in full during the first visit from a different technician. Ill probably be canceling my sears warranty based on this experience alone.

Refrigerator repair

Our refrigerator is still not working. Gary came and did some work on it and told us that it was fixed and left. We are not happy with the service that was provided and are still without a refrigerator.

Very dissatisfied. 4th tech out for the same issue. This tech didn't even know what the problem was. Said he was only there to follow instructions and put part on. Stated he couldn't read or have access to previous tech notes....... absolutely a disservice and waste of time..

Harel did not show up 10/17/2023 on 10/24/2023 he replaced icemaker and does not work I wasted whole day He came again on 10/31/2023 and stated that the wires does not work The refrigerator is working and we dont know what else to do He does not give his Supervisor and he is field supervisor. If Sears go bankrupt it is because of inefficient people
