Refrigerator Repair
The job was not done correctly. Parts was ordered and not used properly. Parts was glued & taped together. It's been over a month since I had a working refrigerator. Another service appointment had to be scheduled. Waiting another week. This is unacceptable.

Charles did not call me in the morning with an estimate of when he would be arriving but waited until he was on his way. He was very short with me on the phone, and in person. the washer is still having the same issue so complete the task

Highway Robbery
I will never call Sears repair again, which I did only because this dryer was purchased there. The repair price was inflated — which I know because I just called 2 other repair shops to get their price for same repair — to try & coerce us into purchasing your warranty program. I have no interest in the warranty & just needed a heating element replacement. Tech was fine; this service, however, isn't.

Terrible experience
Technician has been out four different times and the repair still is not complete and they can definitely learn some customer service skills on how to deal with patient and solve for things that they can do some research and provide a better solution

Technician did little to no trouble shooting in order to accurately assess the malfunction.

Unhelpful
The technician was condescending and cocky, and at the end of the service, he was unable to fix it due to the parts no longer being manufactured. 150 dollars just for him to tell me which parts to buy.

Disappointed in Wilderness
Your tech spent 10 minutes in my house and I showed him a video of the problem I made October 16th. He stated he would report the problem to American Home Shield and he said he felt it must be the wiring as the control board has been replaced 3 times and hasn't solved the problem. That is the same thing your previous technician said when he put the board in. He said if that didn't work then the only thing left was the wiring. But instead your tech stated in his report he was here for an hour and " unit is working properly ".
