Don't recommend Sears home service so many appointments canceled. It's not even funny almost 3 weeks without a washer.

Home warranty service call

The technician was friendly but his diagnostics are questionable. Upon having a second company(Lion home servicing) come out to do a cleaning as recommended by the tech on the same day. The new company found that a motor on the blower is not working correctly and recommended replacement furnace unit instead of just throwing a bandaid on it and replacing just the blower part on top of any cleaning. I am not confident in what was recommended by the Sears tech to remedy the issue.

2nd Sears tech arriving with no parts to repair

This is the 2nd Sears tech and still in without a working refrigerator. Weeks later HWA said Sears says I need to contact LG for the part but LG requires... Local tech name: Service center name: Company address: Email address: Phone number: Warrantied part/s needed: Information about partial warrantied parts can be found on the warranty page of your owner's manual. Sears doesn't have a valid email address to provide LG for parts authorization letter and even the tech said there's no email. I'm now nearly a month without a working refrigerator because no one wants to do their job. Choice,Sears, HWA or LG. Today's tech should've never came by after paying the 1st tech for diagnostic

After almost 3 weeks of Sears canceling and rescheduling my service appointment, I took it upon myself to hire somebody else to fix my washing machine. I do not recommend. AWFUL. IN FACT THEY SJOULD PAY FOR MY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE

Worst customer service

This technician was assigned to resolve an ongoing issue I have had with my washing machine needless to say he needs to go back to customer service 101. The washer continued to leave lint on my clothes no matter when I washed. First it was stated the agitator was broken-replaced. Then I was told to use a cleaning ball to clean the porcelain tub- cleaned. All in all nothing worked. The technician returned for the second time after messing around and tells me lint on my clothes should not be an issue? Are you serious! What person with good sense goes out covered in lint. Then he said dry it, some of it should come off, if not its just lint. I have a big attitude now. Well thank you technician who knows much of nothing. That's why you were called. I should be able to wash and not have lint on my clothes and not use the drier to remove lint and shrink my quality clothes. Please just say you have no clue and you are to ignorant to admit you are not sure. Do not tell a customer lint on herr clothes is fine! Then it was the look for me as if to say you Black lint should not be a big deal. I nicely not kindly asked him to leave my house. All people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and this technician he missed the mark as a matter of fact he not even in the area. Sears can miss me on there service.

This was the worst experience I have had in my 84 years. I was told he would come on December 7 between 8-12 then it was changed to 1-5. I waited all day and no one came. Then I was told it would be December 11 1-5. And I was leaving at noon for a trip Choice Home told me they emailed you to come 8-12. Thank goodness a friend came to my house Then I get a call at 3:00 telling me to just plug in the fridge and he wasn't going to come. My friend told him he had to come. I should have been called Thursday and told plug it in. Also I am hard of hearing and his accent was so strong I could not understand him. I am 84 and did not have this fridge for over a week. This is total incompetence

Our furnace has not worked since your technician (James) left our home. This is totally unacceptable. It is TERRIBLY cold in our home. We called your service phone number and they said you could not come out until tomorrow. We need immediate service.

ordered a part and it took more than a month. When the technician revisit with the part and he said it looks like it's not the part issue without even replace it.
