Yelling in my house
I don't like this person yelling and using profanity I've never had a aggressive helper sent out here He is unable to install the part that was shipped to me and he told me to do it myself. He also told me to just unplug the refrigerator for two days.

Not fixed yet
I have been out of heat for TWO MONTHS!!! FOUR different Sears technicians have come to "fix" my heat pump. Most have done nothing but scratch their heads, promise to order parts and never show up again. One finally got the system partially fixed. The repair is now out for "reassignment" to see if some outside contractor can fix it. SEARS is so cheap the most will not touch the job. The system needs REPLACED!!!

Waste of money and time
Technician did not call to set up a time. He just told me when he was going to arrive. I had to leave work which caused me to lose money and meet him at my house. Then he took my stove apart. Did not tell me he would not waive the diagnostic fee for repairs that were done. He was supposed to have the parts to fix the oven had no parts did not fix the oven and I had to pay the diagnostic fee and then he left and did not put my oven back together. I will never use yawls service again ever

Worst Service Experience Ever
There were two technicians involved with this SUPPOSED service I received. It was either a misdiagnosis or an incomplete diagnosis or perhaps both which led to my water softener being completely flooded and seeping water onto my garage floor and out on to the driveway!!! According to Isaiah, the first technician ordered the incorrect part. He attempted to repair the unit with what was delivered and re-ordered the 'correct' part. The unit was dry when he arrived and dry when he left. The following morning, the unit was COMPLETELY FLOODED TO THE TOP! Water was running alongside under my cabinets onto the driveway. I phoned Isaiah, he informed he that it was a clogged or backed up water pipe and I would need to schedule another appointment or call a plumber. I rescheduled and Isaiah returned for a 3rd time. In the interim, I manually bailed out the unit 4 times as it continued to flood using a cup. When Isaiah viewed the unit he claims that another part was then broken, intake value or something to that affect. At this point, I elected to discontinue the service and disconnect the H2O softener altogether. Ironically, Isaiah somehow managed to stop the unit from flooding any further and it hasn't flooded since IMAGINE THAT? I fully believe he made an error either in diagnosis, accidentally, intentionally hopefully not BUT the unit was DRY before Isaiah worked on it and after the 3rd visit. I WOULD LIKE MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE REFUNDED. I INTEND TO REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FULLY UNDERSTAND WHY SEARS WENT BANKRUPT.

Cooktop
5. He couldn't repair, but recommended a replacement which hopefully will come in a size that fits our cooktop cutout.

Bad Business Model
The tech that did the diagnostic ordered parts. It was then up to me as a pseudo parts handler to ensure that I got them all. One package had two sets of parts. Had to argue with customer service that I got them all as I had 3 packages not 4. Had to reschedule the repairs two or three times as the parts did not come in as expected. What is more frustrating is the parts came from San Antonio. Shipping parts to a customer and being told they all had to be there duh to complete repair. Why doesn't technician pick up the parts? My dryer is still not working properly. Apparently the tech can only diagnose one issue at a time. A very expensive case of Whack a Mole. Won't use Sears to repair the other problem. Cheaper to get a new one. Also, all the sales pitches for other work with every contact. So annoying.

Crappy warranty service
Would like to speak to someone about this visit, 6th tech & issue with my fridge is NOT complete. Still have MASSIVE FROST build up in frost free refrigerator this tech lectured me that it was MY responsibility to insure I close the drawer properly. Had since Oct 2019 and summer 2023 started having issues but it's MY fault because after 4 years I've forgotten how to close the drawer on a French door refrigerator?

The COMPANY, and the 1st and 3rd guys assigned.
I'm LIVID. You said "between 8am and 5pm." The first guy texted about 6:45pm or so, and cancelled the appointment because the address was wrong, just 10 blocks east, saying it's a company rule, no way around it, couldn't even stop by for a quick listen. HE LIED, according to his replacement. Just didn't feel like working late. 9 hours unpaid for me. third guy came after 5pm, too, no warning. Used our towels to mop the floor without even asking; he should have brought his own, since spilling water in a dishwasher repair is foreseeable; and should have at least asked. I was in the next room. 2 days I couldn't be paid but didn't have to wait at home as it turns out, and an employee who LIED to waste one of those. AND your phone number won't connect me to a human, and it texted me a link to deal with billing -- a link to a non-existent page! And there's no way to contact your company about any of this! Even this survey has said "Sorry! Something went wrong!" nine times so far, with nothing explaining what. I've used three browsers, and replaced ampersands, This is shorter, hoping it gets through.

Dishwasher
This is the second technician I have had out for this dishwasher this month. He left said it was working. I ran the dishwasher that night and it was still broken. When I call, I can never speak to an actual live human. I had to use the automated system to schedule another appointment. I have to wait another week for another technician to come out and attempt to fix the dishwasher. There should be live representatives that I can speak to to explain that these are not new appointments I'm scheduling they are for the same repair.
