I just want my washing machine fixed!!!!
My technician came this morning to replace a control board, that I had to wait for 2 weeks to come in. He told my wife that it was fixed and working perfectly. My wife called to tell me that it's still not working. Over 1 month now without a washing machine, and have to wait another week for an appointment, not happy.

He did not fix my appliance
They spent the time here yesterday, promised that my refrigerator will work after they left BUT still not working!

Terrible Service. Flooded our house.
Technician came to our house to fix our washer and didn't test a full cycle before leaving. The washer was still making same noise and broken. If he would have tested it he would have know that it wasn't fixed. He also didn't check for leaks and flooded our entire laundry room which then leaked into our family rooms ruining our floor. When I reach out for help no one gets back with me.

I had been without heat for 7 days waiting on Sears Home Svcs to send somebody. This morning at 8:15 Mr. Brian C. came and found 24v wiring shorting out at condenser. He cut back wire and reattached them to condenser low voltage. It worked for about 5-10 min after he left and then didn't work any more. I waited an hour or two and called back and was told he would be back at 5:00 pm today. Nobody showed up, called or sent a message. Before today, I called 2 or 3 times and filled out forms on the internet to no avail. Messages popped up saying "Oops, something happened, start over." I never got to speak with anybody that I could hardly understand. Your new system just doesn't work. As for Mr. Brian C., he was extremely nice and polite and did what he thought would help. He seemed like a nice person. So, as of 11:40 pm on 12/20/23, I'm still without heat. Could you please help? I have a flawless record as to my monthly payments and have only used you one time which was 2 yrs ago. Please help.

Stove
I was scheduled for service between 8am-12pm Chris sent several text to confirm schedule this morning as well as text at 10:37 that he was on his way at 11:34 he had not arrived but had sent me an email saying he had spoken to me on the phone ( not true) also sent AHS message a completed work order that he had been to my home. Also NOT TRUE!!! Now my service is rescheduled for 12/26/23 AFTER!!!! Christmas! This appointment was supposed to be the final adjustment to the control panel which the previous tech said had not set properly by the previous service company!!!! Chris DID not speak with me AT all today and my stove is NOT cooking properly!!!!

Washer not fixed
The washing machine is showing the same error code. The technician did not fix anything. SO FRUSTRATED with my experience with SEARS home services.

Tech lied
Tech arrive and said the repair would need to approved by the warranty company as the repair cost is above the approved amount. He then reported to his company that we broke the water dispenser and the warranty company would not fix it. This is totally false. All we did was change the water filter which is in the refrigerator portion. The water dispenser is in the freezer door

Sears - Unscrupulous insurance
We are not happy with the fact that Sears' interest lies in the collection of money (monthly premium) from its customers and it comes to the service paid for, Sears denies or claims not to cover it. We think Sears is a company set up by highway robbers with the chief goal of duping its customers. First, Sears robbed me of my maintenance that was duly paid for, and now they sent me a so-called technician who stated that Sears does not cover part of the job he was paid to do in the first place. A technician is supposed to fix and clean the furnace he was hired for, and to claim that Sears does not cover most of the job, is criminal.
