Terrible
Ronald came and ran the dishwasher for 15 minutes and informed me there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher even though I explained that I saw with my own eyes water dripping out of it and my kitchen floor was covered in water about an hour into the cycle. He saw a small amount of water under the sink and decided it was obviously from that that my kitchen flooded. That same day, I ran my dishwasher with no dishes in it and about an hour into the cycle I walked into the kitchen and the floor is covered in water. I have a video of the water dripping out of the dishwasher and pictures of no water under the sink and water covering my kitchen floor. I tried to call sears and explain and they tried to charge me an additional fee for another person to come out, even though I had just paid Ronald for doing absolutely nothing and cannot get me on the schedule for over a week. Beware and run elsewhere

Bad service
Very bad service he actitud very negative I was trying to explain what was wrong he keeps telling me different I still have the problem I don't want to see that person in my house again I will like to replace my washer the only star is for showing up

Misguided information
Past technicians have told me my refrigerator isn't working because of issues with the compressor. Wanting a second opinion, William took a brief look and claimed the compressor went bad because of "abuse". My family and I use the fridge just like how any other household would use a fridge. I wanted to resolve this issue immediately because our food was going bad so I was hopeful William would be a help but ended up not being helpful at all. I would've understood if he had a valid reason as to why our compressor broke down but telling me we abuse it after it had already broken down gave me the impression he doesn't know what he's talking about .

Matt
Mart came out and determined the supply line had a whole in it and immediately said we don't replace the line. The line wasn't chewed it had a hole rubbed in it. Matt continued to say it was chewed and he could take it off and show us but wouldn't correct the problem. $100 deductible and we had to fix it.

Incomplete maintenance
A couple hours after the technician left I went to use the dryer and it still doesn't work. I need a technician to come back out ASAP because I paid for the service with no positive results. This is truly an inconvenience.

Never showed up
All day long I got text updating the time to as late as 8 PM tonight and then the order was just closed. No one ever showed up this place is a joke.

Awful
Dealing with your company is an awful experience. Three service techs, over four months, and all of them failed to provide a solution. Jordan came by twice, and did absolutely nothing, just blamed the prior service techs for not making the right diagnosis. What sort of company doesn't have replacement parts for a refrigerator? Your company. Unprofessional in every way. The service appointment I had today with Jordan, he at least called "my insurance" company to tell them he had no solutions as to how to fix my warrantied refrigerator. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, and at some point it was changed to today. So I had to call into work, to be available to witness your awfully coordinated services in action. Jordan arrived at about 3:45PM(PST)- He didn't actually try to fix anything, just offered excuses as to why "my insurance" company didn't authorize the purchase of a refrigerator door that is under warranty. He also claimed that "my insurance" company closes at 3:00 Pacific Standard Time because they are two hours ahead. Well, low and behold Jordan was able to call them, and he learned something new today! They close at 7:00PM Central Standard Time(5:00 Pacific Standard Time.) I would encourage your brilliant service techs to share that information amongst each another, so they don't continue to tell customers wrong information. What am I supposed to do with this box of useless, three month old refrigerator parts your professional service techs left behind? 0/10 service and support.

Not helpful at all!
Abdul was no help at all. He didn't stay to evaulate the source of the problem. The washing machine is still leaking water. Despite this was the 2nd visit the issue has not been resolved!

Broke my machine
Kenneth came and fixed my dryer then started working on my washer. He turned the washer on, opened the top of it. Told me he had to order parts then left. I went to wash a load of sheets and my machine would NOT turn on. I called First American Home Warranty and A&E and they stated I would have to wait until 12/26 for him to come back to fix the machine he disabled. Service sucks, do not use Kenneth M or First American Home Warranty
