Wow, unbelievable
no call no show and all of a sudden I get this text message to Wright. The service technician that I requested never show up again this is second no-show they resend them for the second time but for the third time I asked for him not to ever come to my house again.

G E Cooktop
He did not come because my cooktop was working again. It keeps going on and off. I will call next time it goes off and also take a video of it.

No show AGAIN! Not even worth 1 star!
Why write a review when he never was here! Arrangements were made for 2 technichians and only 1 was coming today again. This has been going on for too long and at the price of the Master Protection Plan; better service is expected. We have stackable w/d and they expect me to unstack it since they wont even though arrangements were previously made. If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. Also I received a copy of payment and he never came.

I AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL
My service claim was denied today due to ABSOLUTELY NO fault of my own. Since Monday 2/5/24 this process has been extremely aggrivating. My appointment was cancelled by SEARS due to no fault of my own. I do not have a problem with James. He was ver professional.

Service not completed
I continue to get companies that can't compete my repairs. The part that I can't seem to understand is that you sent the same repair man from Sears that came out last Monday and said he couldn't complete the repair. And here he is again saying the same thing he said last week.. I'm so disappointed with this warranty and I'm paying money out of my pocket because you continue to send out incapacitated repair companies

Not SO HAPPY!!!!
Technician was rude and acted like it was a burden to be there. We have had multiple techs out and never had an issue with the space. 1st He couldn't move the dryer out, then he couldnt unplug it. He took the back, top piece off......looked outside....[which i don't understand how he could see the heating element if you have to take the whole drum out to get to it].....and said the hose was clogged and caused moisture damage. The hose HAD disconnected from the outside connection of the house.... BUT the hose was still releasing lint underneith the house...so i dont understand without going under the house...how did he detirmine a "clog" since the house has siding and there is no way under unless you take the siding off and there was lint still coming out of the hose. So now I have to hire an outside company, pay for them to come out, fix it...and then I have to argue with 1st American for repayment just because 1 tech was having a bad day?

Fraudulant claim
We were told we don't have a heat pump when a company came out a couple of weeks ago and have pictures of our pump. Also the original company we called out said you can use the chart to measure the refrigerant when this technician denied you can do that during cooler months. Our claim was denied because a false report and diagnostic was given.

Thanks for nothing . . .
Mirsad came to repair our stove. Once he determined the repair would be far more substantial than anticipated and required additional work, he declined to perform it and we are not required to accept a small settlement to replace our appliance that won't even cover half of the cost.
