Alfred Dowding
The technician did a great k job UNTIL he tried & tried hooking up water line. Said he thought he got it. Didn't as water came running out from under dishwasher. He said call & reschedule for tech to come out & fix it. Got a call yesterday afternoon saying a tech would be coming today between 8 & 5. So far have heard nothing What's the deal. Where are they?Have been without dishwasher going on 3 weeks! HELP !!!

Donald was professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. It will take time, of course, to see if he caught whatever was causing our dryer not to heat and adequately repaired it. The dryer was heating when he arrived (even though it had produced no noticeable heat when we last tried to use it), so we may be dealing with a hard-to-diagnose intermittent problem. He replaced dryer coils that could have caused the problem and appeared to be worn. Let's hope the repair holds.

Sears Kenmore gas dryer does not start
Our Sears Kenmore gas dryer stop working, light on dryer not starting, not turning. Scheduled Sears technician for diagnosis two weeks ago. He took the whole dryer apart, determined it was a thermostat not working. He ordered the replacement part and scheduled a technician installation. Rikki came yesterday, within 30 minutes, they took apart the dryer, replaced the thermostat, put the dryer together and solve our dryer problem. Rikki is knowledgeable and quick technician. Our only problem was scheduling. They gave a time window from 8 am to 5 pm. They provide an estimated time of arrival and update arrival times via text messages. The technician arrived one hour past the updated estimated arrival time in both cases. I rate my experiences with both technician 5 stars but the estimated the wait time is terrible. We practically wasted a whole day since the estimated arrival time keeps shifting.

Erick was very courteous, explained the repair process and provided an accurate estimate, and was efficient in completing the repair process as quickly as possible. My only complaint is with the appliance repair scheduling process - it would be helpful if you could narrow the appointment window to a half day period (e.g., morning or afternoon), instead of the entire day!
