Waist my time
We are waiting for service from 8 am until 6:20 pm, lost my time and my day of job . It's not fair, you need coordinate this better. Bad service

The service happened a lot sooner than I expected. I was informed of the approximate time and again when he was about to come. Vincent was very businesslike and thorough. He could have been a little more personable and friendly but maybe that's not his personality. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

Bad service, misdiagnosed issue
The first service technician should have diagnosed the problem when he came. He did NO diagnostic testing. The codes were there, he didn't bother to get them ! He just guessed ! First techs name was Lester. I shouldn't have to pay the diagnosis fee . The second tech knew what he was doing and did a good job. He said it wasn't the drain pump like the first tech said. 1.5 weeks wasted. Went and bought a new washer !

Nice service. Nice man. Very professional. And I hope problem has been resolved. I have not been pleased with Sears had to throw out a lot of food. I have been use to Sears sending some one out with in a few days. Now I don't know .
