My dryer has not been working, When the technician came it began working how does this happen?

Per the text I received David was to arrive at 2:50 pm. Then I got an adjusted text that he would arrive at 2:40 pm. Well David finally arrived at 4:50 pm. He got right to work went over my problems with the washer and dryer. He disassembled parts of the unites and told me what he will have to order to.fix my unites. He went on his cell phone and started to order parts. Right in the middle of his order, which is now about 5:25 pm, your main computer system shut down so he could not finish his order. He told me some one will contact me to finish my order for parts tomorrow. Well now it is 5:00 pm on Tuesday, the next day, and I have not had any contact at all from anyone. David worked hard to do a good job but was held back by your system he is required to use. In the end David was professional in his approach to repairing my units.

The technician was very professional and appeared to know and understand repair of my washer. I did however, miss the part about moving the appliance and maybe marring my floor, although I apparently signed the form (I'm sure that was my mistake). Overall, I was happy with the experience.

Review
Very nice gentleman. Doors do not close right after he worked on them. Broke heirloom magnets that where attached to the side of the refrigerator and did no tell me about it.

Good service
Tech showed up on time and quickly started working on the dryer. Unfortunately the problem appears to be with the vent line. Tech gave me a phone number to call to get it cleaned. That is now set up for next week.

Hard to rate honestly
Scott came knowing very little about my stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. He didn't even check my freezer. The refrigerator he knew about. He was aware of things I didn't realize and appreciated his help with it.

Dryer Fix
Johnny was very helpful. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the challenge, but it was not by his error. He did what he could to help us. Very thankful!

Our technician completed repairs in a timely manner. He was polite and courteous. I recommend him if you have Sears appliances.
