Rating on my appointment
The tech is very professional and answered all my questions. The issue I have when I tried to call in regarding my appointment the system kept telling me there was no information and hangs up and doesn't give a option to either leave a message or talk to a representative. Also the information on my washer is wrong it is not a front loader it loads from the top

Bosch Refrigerator repair
Doug is a friendly tech. On his previous call, he determined the refrigerator needed a new circuit board, which he ordered. On 9/30, he returned & installed the new board. He was comfortable this new board will cure the ice maker and freezer problem. Unfortunately, this did not fix the ice maker.. Another service call is scheduled for 9/6.

Good service for a faulty design
Gabriel arrived on time and was very professional. Sadly, he was unable to resolved the problem with the ice maker in our Kenmore Elite refrigerator/freezer. Turns out the problem with the ice maker is caused by a well known wiring problem at the bottom of the freezer door. Sadly, this poorly designed wiring harness and the need to replace the entire freezer door will result in our replacing a six year old unit which still works very well.

engine backfiring
John replaced the carburetor on my tractor in hopes of fixing the engine backfiring problem. It did not fix the problem!! What now??

Washer assessment
He came and was not initially receptive to me as I tried to explain the problem. When he started checking the washer, I also mentioned another concern & then he said I shouldn't tell him things one at a time. I was in the beginning trying to tell him the issues, but he wasn't interested to hear me out. In the end he did give a good explanation of washer condition and what to expect from AHS.

Replaced my washer
Well he put in the timer broke one tab doing it then found the switch to rotate threw the cycle shorted out. So he tried to find a replacement and couldn't. So I had to get a new washer.
