Washer repair
Unfortunately it took five visits and over a month and a half to repair our washer. Some of the technicians were great others not so much.

It took over a month to get my refrigerator repaired.
Mark was professional, polite, and patient. It took over a month for my refrigerator to get repaired. Sears kept sending the wrong parts. That was the most frustrating during this entire process. Because of this I have to rate Sears a 3.5. However I will give Mark a 4.

AC repair
Joseph was professional and knowledgeable. He had out AC running in 15 min after arriving. The issue was getting him here. He was originally scheduled for 9:10 on Thursday 8-24. He never arrived until Saturday, there was no communication indicating a delay, no update on web site and calling the phone # I got a robot that was less than unhelpful. I find poor communication disturbing as a customer!

Washer and Dryer Service
The technician was through with his service. I wish the washer could have been run with a load rather no load to hear the noise originally mentioned for the problem.

Repair of water dispenser for a Kenmore frigidaire
I do not give a five star rating for the following reason. The repair was not completed the first time because a part was missing, but I had to call twice to have a second visit scheduled. During the first call I was told erroneously that the job had been fully completed, and that a new service call should be initiated with a new payment. Sears Warranty should have a better system to track incomplete jobs and follow up rescheduling.
